Atleast he cared for this girls more than the dubious minister. Many innocent young girls are into prostitution, did the minister wrote IGP about it? Had it been this girls are also into prostitution, the dubious minister will not raise alarm. We're now in a society and situation where some people value prostitution beyond marriage. Nobody will marry them off due to orphanage situation they found themselves. Good move!! They bear witness of the negative consequences the alcohol infiltrates on their husbands hence taking such action.
