It was interesting, lasted for like 1hr 30 min. First part for discussion while the second part is one on one interview

I still have faith because it's a recruitment process and NLNG been a reputable company will notify everyone of the outcome of their interview like they said the would during the interview. Last time they sent success emails to those that passed and regret email to those that didn't. Lastly I think it's only logical that they notify us of the outcome of our interview rather than leaving us hanging like that. Anyhow Sha let God's will be done.

Fellow colleagues, just to draw your attention to the experience I had last weekend (precisely 18th of March) and also get your views.
I came across the above subject matter sometimes early February (last month) and I applied.
Last week, I received a mail from them precisely Thursday, scheduling me for a virtual interview on Friday by 9:40am, and sure, I was seated prepared some few minutes to the scheduled time. I was able to link up with them using the link they gave me. I waited until I saw some other participants came on board as well.
After about roughly an hour, they apologized for keeping us that long, and demanded we log out so we can be contacted one after the other for the interview. We gladly did and that was all until date. No call for me as I sat behind my laptop until 4pm. I made a mail to them, trying to figure out what went wrong but no response until date.
Did anybody experienced same, cos I am so confused.

I guess it’s cos most of us didn’t know that the application will have its own assessment so we were not mentally prepared, but I believe we’ll all make it to the next stage at least. Please I want to appeal to us to keep this thread running and updated with helpful information and tips as the recruitment stage progresses. May God see us through

Why do you guys anticipate this job this much? Do they really pay that much?

Electrical questions were deep though, mostly based on HND course work. Requires divine directions and wide reading.

There were pool of questions, from which I can recall 3 core electrical questions on: 3 phase and single phase system, synchronous speed of generator, fuse and a question on speed control with each questions having a son�
1 general safety question and one Hr question (a practical work related scenario like that). 5 questions, all timed.

Good afternoon nairalanders, I will try to be brief.

I graduated 2018 as a 25 years old boy, went for service in 2019 and started working at a private secondary school as a teacher. The pay was poor and i began job hunting with about 30 different CV's for different job positions.

To cut the long story short, I got an interview invite for a managerial position in a hotel that I have no idea of. A week to the interview date, I did my homework and research about the job details, prepared for the interview and I pass... Ever since, I have been doing well.

The only challenge i have is the manner at which people get sacked at my place of work. As a matter of fact, myself and 2 other line managers are the remaining one out of about 13 of us employed in July 2020 and the fear of being sacked has made me to keep on with my job hunting game.

Now I am 29, with a slim stature and a childish/female-like voice. With the power of my CV, I have been invited for interview by the 2 best international brand of my industry Marriott and Hilton, but the moment I show up, the first thing I use to hear is are you sure you are Mr ****, then after the whole interview,they will be like; 'you are good but still small'

Now I am depressed and I have been trying to hit the gym to see if there can be a change in my size.

My question is; what has age got to do with leadership, potentials and capability? And what will you advise?

Under the proof of funds or substance for the period of study, the said proof has to be shown by either personal funding, parents or scholarships, etc…

My question is, can I use my siblings statement of account?
