boil the water like tea. You can drink the tea /gaggle it

I have had it before and as some people have mentioned , take warm water ginger/garlic. Steaming helps a lot too. Anything to drain it and don't force it by blowing your nose ,it will aggravate the pain.
Running/ jogging helped me a lot.
And the most important thing for me then was I was able to identify the triggers/allergens and staying away from them. It's been more than 2years since I last had it. Sorry ehn

I was told the panel discharge the battery and it went off,got a new battery and all. I bought the phone 3

working with a chinese was the best job I've ever had.

Tbh, I tested the safebnb stuv with 14dols and it dumped to $6 within minute. Be careful!
