My Friend stop being unnecessarily pathetic.Harunas case is way different from Yahayas .There is a dispute here btw Falake and Yahaya. Meanwhile Atiku the actual governor was nominated for VP by OBJ. Get your records straight
My friend you should be the one to stop being unnecessarily pathetic to Faleke, as you said. There was dispute the party was asked by inec to forward a replacement, the party forwarded the runner up to the deceased Audu in the APC primaries inorder to satisfy the law that said a. Candidate must pass through all the process of election to be declared winner, this process include the party primaries, the question is did Faleke participate in the primaries ? Or do you want PDP to get the election annulled, as it is APC is very clever by going for the less risky option.
Politics › Re: Yahaya Bello Sworn In Without A Deputy by HAH: 2:59pm On Jan 27, 2016
Koolmexxi:
Like u pointed out Bonny Haruna was sworn in without a deputy because his running mate got a party promotion and a national promotion on the long run. It wasn't a case of a nominated running mate not showing up. Why didn't d party then appoint the runner-up from the primaries to take up the governorship after Atiku's promotion? Our judiciary is jus an embarrassment because dis is a case dat needs express adjudication and way before now. D APC is really going to turn out worse than the PDP.
The question is Yahaya Bello the first governor to be inaugurated without deputy, the answer is no because Bony was sworn in governor without deputy
Politics › Re: Yahaya Bello Sworn In Without A Deputy by HAH: 2:08pm On Jan 27, 2016
Bony Haruna was sworn in as governor of Adamawa state in 1999 without a deputy, it was after his inauguration that he nominated Bello Tukur as deputy and the state assembly for confirmation.

Bony Haruna was originally the deputy to atiku abubakar who was elevated as vp to obasanjo.

So if Faleke refuses to be deputy governor Bello should just nominate another person and forward his name to the state assembly

I honestly see the foolishness of Faleke, because Bello too is mortal and can die if God wills it so he canlbe governor, remember power comes from God alone, furthermore Falake is claiming Lagos in tha national assembly, he wants to eat his cake and have it. All I see in this Faleke struggle is Tinubu trying to extend his political dynasty to Kogi, and this furthers the rumour that their is possibility that Abubakar Audu may have been killed by those who want to take power through the window, not knowing that power comes from God

May God guide Alhaji Yahaya Bello in his new assignment

forgiveness:
If no deputy, is this swearing constitutional?
In 1999 Bony Haruna was inaugurated as governor of Adamawa before he nominated Tukur Bello as deputy for confirmations by state house of assembly
. Because bony was originally the deputy of Atiku who after winning the governorship was elevated as vice president to Obasanjo

So no qualms! No constitutional lacuna in the swearing in

Oliseh and Keshi are both useless, Siasia is manageable but we need a thorough foreign coach not all this man know man coaches, oliseh has never coached any team in his life our national team is his first experience,.

Salisu yusuf his assistant is by far better than him at least he was Kano pillars and Enyimba coach where he won the league on two occasions

Do you expect an unemployed broke graduate buy a bus, of course I mean he should hire a taxi to his home from where he will distribute in bits furthermore I don't expect him go to farm very far from his location . A one way taxi drop should not be more than 1k.

Things are not calculated that way. Yes he is going to make 50naira - 100 naira on a crate. Have u asked ur self this question : what mode is he going to use in transporting the eggs? Cost of transportation, egg is fragile and persihable, so there will surely be defects... although nice one.
If you notice from my suggestion I said he should look for 70k instead of the 60k for cost of egg, the balance of 10k is for initials logistics before he finds his footing

This is a business I know pretty well

Forget paid employment, look for someone that will dash you or lend you 70k, go the nearest large poultry farm buy 100 crates of large egg at 600 per crate that is 60000 for 100 crates, distribute them to shops for 650 - 700 per crate to retailers you make 5000-10000 from this if you do that twice weekly you make 10k-20k weekly, turnover the profit and capital continuously, come back tell us your story after 3 months.

The balance of 10k from the 70k capital is to be used for initial logistics before you find your footings

God bless your hustles.

All they have found is Gas no one has discovered oil in the Borno Basin which is our own part of the Chad Basin. Geologically two reasons are given :
1 Nigeria is far from the depocenter of Chad Basin.

2 The intrusion of the Jurassic Younger Granite has has gasified any oil that might have been available there.
So does gas not bring money ? for all I care they can prospect water if they will bring the desired revenue. After all gas exploration has less environmental degradation than oil
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Entrepreneurship Is Not The Solution To Unemployment In Nigeria by HAH: 1:16pm On Jan 24, 2016
Charism:
Entrepreneurship seems to be the order of the day today, the press glorifies it, government officials put lots of emphasis on it as the only way out of poverty, its even a compulsory course for all university students. NYSC is all about it, from your afternoon lectures in camp, to your SAEED. But is it really worth it? Are they telling us the truth, or is it mere propaganda by politicians to give excuses for their failure?
Daily we are bombarded by happy ending stories of people who made it by starting up their business, we are told to emulate the likes of Dangote, Otedola, mike Adenuga. But the bitter truth is that not everyone will make it like Dangote. As a matter of fact the chances of Success is Very rare.
People who make it are the lucky ones, lucky in the sense that the have opportunities that others never had or will never have which they harnessed to their advantage.
Opportunities like capital, good location, skills, business climate, experience e.t.c. These variable are not things you have control over. Take for example Dangote started his business with just #500,000 (a huge amount of money during the 70's) given to him by his uncle Dantata (one of the richest men in nigeria at that time) who also groomed him in the tricks of business management. There are many people who have beautiful business plans out there, but no capital to fund them. Even when the capital is available, you don't any experience about the business climate of the business you are venturing into, its like a blind man crossing the highway unaided.
The truth of the matter is that not everyone is meant to be entreperneurs, if you believe in the determination, nothing-can-stop-me mantra, you might probably end up with a small food-stuff shop/kiosk business, or like the road side akara seller whose income would not be enough for you to start a family. If it were that easy, then our proffesors of business administration in our universitys, would have been top business moguls by now.
Truth be told, our politicians need to sit up! And make economic policies to would encourage investment and growth. If the economy is favourable, both entrepreneurs and employees, would be better-off.
No one is asking you to be Dangote or Otedola, what we are preaching is be like the bakery owner on your street, be the fashion designer next door or person that supply all the egg in your neighborhood.

I guess you will rather be an employee that receives 80k monthly, don't get me wrong am not saying you shouldn't be an employee but always look for a side business that you can fall back to, I left a job that paid me 480k monthly to be on my own, it wasn't easy being on my own it requires determination and hardwork sometime I felt like regretting why I left my job, but now anytime I see the assets I own and the people that feed under me I give God the glory

Your attempt at blaming politicians is a lazy man excuse,

How many tens of thousands are you suggesting should troop to the cbn to apply for funds? Or the basic foods that are imported aren't essential? And you really expect the suppliers to wait patiently for the 2 or more weeks it takes cbn's bureaucracy to approve each application?
Stop cherry-picking parts of my analysis, abeg you.

Meanwhile, someone is talking about 9ja being the only country where cbn sells dollars to bdc's. Help me ask am how many countries dey fix dia currency, make him tell you how dia economy be.
Make your research bro , the entire middle east countries fix the exchange rate to the dollar to their local currency

where will the importers get forex from)? Sanusi and Soludo both condemned Buharis policied
importers of. Items that are not on prohibition list and are to do LC get dollar from CBN at official rate through their banks, only those who are on prohibition or no forex list sought for dollars from black market.

Do you know that every dollar that comes from CBN is from our foreign reserve accounts, why should we deplete our reserve by supporting those that will import things that can be produced at home don't you know that when we buy imported items we are only growing the economy of the country it is imported from.

Left to me BDC will be totally illegal and anyone caught selling dollars by road side will be. arrested , only banks will handle dollars at regulated rate and electronically, no physical dollars cash.

Criminals kawai, that is how they go and wreck the economies of this small west african countries by making their currencies weak by over demand of dollars for export to Nigeria.

BDC business should be made illegal, normal banks should handle FX at regulated price by CBN.

@op, How about the risks associated?? Health and marketing challenges.
This is what they won't tell you they only want to lure people to their seminar or blog

Imagine this guy telling us old layer go for 1200 - 1600, this is complete lie as old layers are sold for 400- 600 in some farms in Abuja.

He also said. 12 weeks broiler is sold for3000- 4000 abeg na goat you dey sell, you can get 12 weeks brolier for 1200 - 1500 while 7 weeks. For 900- 1000.

Whole chicken grilled suya is sold for 1000 in kaduna so imagine how much they bought it live.

My problem with most bloggers and small small farmer is they exaggerate so much in order to get gullible people to sell their handbooks or traffic to their blocs.

If you are novice in poultry farming start small like 50 broiler then keep graduating if not you will burn your fingers and buy already brooded ones as that is the most difficult thing to do.

If you are to go into egg production buy point of lay chicken. Get the experience before venturing big time.

My main advice to poultry farmers is always keep to your vaccines and hygiene and get a good vet to check on them periodically.

My two cent

For those who don't know stamp duties. Is one of the taxes collected by FIRS on behalf of FG, but past government were totally reliant on free oil money and forgot about stamp duties.

The truth is there are still a lot of opening for doctors especially in Rural hospitals but most of them prefer the towns, they don't want to go to remote local governments and villages

What we need most now is private sector participation in the sector where competence will be the main watch not nepotism as being done in government owned hospitals
