What is painful is how a small set of heartless criminals has been made to represent the black race.

Its that set that makes me hate my color at times, the fact that they can have a complete disregard for their own people, but then once they see a white man they carry him like a king.

Being white gives u a lil fasttrack.

Sometimes i feel the color of my skin is a curse, and yep its that BAD.

being slow to speak and co-ordinate my thoughts properly on what to say before actually saying them out.

Tried that its just that everytime i restart the statement i get stuck at the same place, for instance yesterday i was chatting some babe 98% fluency(Not important disscusion), it was all good was just flowing and all, but then like 30mins later am at my broker's place trying to give a buy or sell order,and i can get up to 2 words out of my mouth with almost ripping the air of my head, no matter how hard i tried to relax and restart my sentences, i just kept on getting stuck and stuttering badly.

Relaxing, and restarting my statements work when am not havin serious converstaion.
But once its serious conversation, i feel like my windpipe as shrunk to the size of a pinhole and its very hard to get stuff out no matter how hard i try to relax or retstart the statment, i still stutter, i basically force my words out at this point.

I dont know of any credible speech therapists in naija.

i have heard about a book too,it would be of help to you.its called 'Comprehensive Stuttering Therapy .you can get it at bookworm bookshop or any other good bookshop in nigeria.

i was thinking of a cure more in the practical sense, the book should help me better understand my condition, but not necessarily cure my stutter.

I heard YOGA training can make you very relaxed and also better your breathing pattern, am thinking of taking YOGA maybe that will help me relax, and Yoga ain't widely practised in naija as such, so its gonna be hard finding an instructor.

Hey wats up Old timers, how many u guys can remember watching TV back in the day when NTA was the only choice and UP NEPA!!!. The days of Voltron, checkmate, seseame street, behind the clouds, and to name a few.

Lets talk bout some, i will start Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em otherwise known as frank Spencer.

Each episode saw the well-meaning and optimistic, but naive, clueless, accident-prone tank top and beret-wearing character, Frank Spencer (Michael Crawford), and his very tolerant but often frustrated wife, Betty (Michele Dotrice), getting into situations that usually spiralled ridiculously out of control, frequently resulting in someone else's nervous breakdown or some unlikely destructive catastrophe.
That guy always craked me up MAN, that guy cud do everything wrong and nothing right, you can youtube it, to som vids it will bring back som real fund memories. FOR REAL

I really need some help with my stutter, before it jeopardizes my career, because its really starting to get out of hand now.
The worst part of my stutter is that when a gisting, yabbing, toasting babes or just chilling am 98% fluent, but then when i need to pass some serious information across that fluency rockets down to about 30%. i start repeating words, and stuttering badly.
So u can imagine how hard an oral examination will be for me, the written tests aint no prob, but the interviews are reallly tough for me. Up till now have got jobs based on my technical expertise, but obviously in he future i will need to get jobs which require more Oral than technical skills, and i feel i will total in the respect.


So please if u got any help on this please feel free, to share the info, thanks a bunch guys.

I would like to get u guys expert advice though, am going for my masters in Europe and am aiming to use a project management certification to hold down a job on the side while am there, and it seems PRINCE 2 is more widely accepted in the EU. So am thinkin should i take PRINCE 2 or PMP.
Will really appreciate any helpful advice.
May long term aim is to be an ERP project manager by trade, and maybe handle projects unrealted to Erp on the side.

This is a great thread, Oscartown am very down with taking them PMP exams.

I was initially torn between taking either PMP or PRINCE 2,
