My cousin studied in Sweden sometime back, he did some food processing course or something like that, last time i checked the guy was working with cadbury collecting a hefty sum and traveling up and down the place. Now one of my friends will be traveling to Sweden, to get a Masters in business Administration (MBa) from Gotheberg university Sweden, towards the end of the year, and guess what its going to be absolutely free, yes u read right absolutely free, No hidden expenses, no fees, no nothing, the only necessary fees to pay are the student union fees which amounts to like 50k or something like that. Once you have satisfied that you are on your way to getting a "world class" education. I am aiming to go for my masters in yanks sometime early next year but am seriously considering the Swedish option, in which i get to keep my cash and get my "western education" as well. But am a tad bit skeptical because as we all no "awoff" the run belle. So what do u guys think? Any advice from you peps swedish experience would be greatly appreciated |

kokorunna:C'mon the fact that mikel might get the occasional red or yellow doesn't qualify him as a bad player, there are a whole lot of great players in history that got quite a number of reds in their career, patirck viera, zidane, roy keane, eric cantona, wayne rooney just to name the few i could remeber at the time of my post. So am guessing u will also say Zidane, viera, and roy keane are also useless players. Judge him based on his game and not his temperament, Mikel is surrounded by some of the best central midfielders in the game and he still gets to play, Mikel is obviously a very talented player. |

If there is going to be any split in Nigeria(which i seriously doubt) i hope it splits horizontally down the middle , separating the north from the south(east, west and south south inclusive) so that all the power mongers all up in the north can have a field day, fighting to rule each other. Would really love to see how that will pan out with the likes of Atiku, Babangida, buhari, Yaradua struggling for power over their worthless economy. |

Modenine is all about drooping fatlines and crazy metaphors that make u go yeaahh and awwww, mode is just a punchline rapper and making good music goes beyond drooping fatlines u need to actually construct your rap into music that people can enjoy and listen too, without trying to crack the cipher behind every line. Another punchline rapper is Talib Kweli, this guy com naija nobody even send am, he performed at reloded(formerly 11:45), he dint get no response.  Saucekid on the other might not be the world's wittiest rapper but he can sure make good music, is hit single yebariba has probably out-hit any of Modenine singles ever. another example is D'banj not really smart writer but great music(i no som d'banj fans go wan cut my head). So if am holed up somewhere and am told to choose btw good music and the FATTEST raplines ever i will definately go for the good music. |

let me tell u guys something if SGT rogers had refused to carry out those killings the guy wud hav either not seen the light of day, or wud hav ended up with a seriously messed up military career. (TRUE STORY) Besides if SGT rogers is sentenced, then he is just being a scapegoat of the ABACHA regime, and true justice will not be served. The piper played his pipe and SGT Rogers simply had to dance. So the piper(s) should be tried first and foremost and not the little rats that danced to his tune. |

Was lookin through the archives and i thought i shud educate a few of u while am at it. Cmon you guys(mamaput and the other sensationalists) The explanation to that overpowering feelin u feel in your sleep, is a lot more scientific than spiritual. During the second stage of sleep(Rapid Eye Movement sleep), the body secretes this hormone called which stops you from acting out your dreams this process is called ATONIA. Atonia is a sense of paralysis that occurs between wakefulness and sleep, usually upon waking or sometimes at the onset of sleep. The person is conscious but cannot speak, move (cannot even open the eyes), and cannot breathe deeply. Atonia rarely lasts beyond 20 minutes, but when it first occurs, this experience can be terrifying, particularly if the patient also develops hallucinations. So no be willi willi they hold u down its just your body doing its work. |
