Yes I have read the messages of Mohammed, I have also read the messages of Buddha, I’m a good follower of other teachings, yet I know Christ is all of life. I do not mix truth with lies. Yes the Bible is written in double entendres and the fact that you said ‘any religion can claim their book is written with double entendres’ means you lack the understanding of the Bible. You need to read it again, calm yourself down and throw away this sense of knowledge you think you have bc you know actually nothing. You should start with Genesis chapter one. And ask God to reveal the mystery of the book to you. Do you know the Bible talks about relativity of time? Do you know that the sun does not country time? Do you know that you’ve never seen darkness bc there’s always light everytime you have lived? Do you know there’s no such thing as tomorrow? All these are just some of the many things in the Bible. You’re very informed and that’s just a part of it. Information without knowledge is as useless as when a person is not informed. You need to calm your nerves down and learn what life is about. I have not asked you to be religious or attend some creepy church. I have only asked you to sit yourself down, throw away whatever pride or ego that you have and learn what the Bible is saying. See for yourself that the message are intact. Christ was passing a lot of information. The fact that you say there’s nothing special about it shows how ignorant of the truth of life you’re. Learn life and become above all this gimmicks you think you know
All the best

I hope you know I’m as informed on all of this as you’re. These does not answer the question. Does any of this invalidates the message of Christ? Your account is just centered on what the pagan Romans did, you didn’t even mention what Christ did. This is bc you do not yet realize that. Have you truly read the Bible? Do you know it’s purely written in double entendres? Have you asked why it’s so? If you want to send a message and you need a foolish thief to take that message to the receive so you’ll write in double entendres. The thief will surely steal but he’ll only get a meaning bc of his foolishness but the receivers of the message will get another meaning. We know the romans are thieves, Rome was a group of outcast who found a way to gather themselves and they had gone around in the world, stealing and killing. They’re lunatics; this is evident in the fact that only a lunatic steals another person's history. They had done it to many people and did it also to the people of judea and Jerusalem. I’m very aware of all this even till the times of atila the Huns and I can tell you how all of it connect with Islamic uprising. My questions are: have you truly read the Bible to learn? Do you think God wasn’t aware of this? Do you think he hadn’t made preparations for all that? Do not let religion cost you an opportunity for a great realization. Look into the books and you’ll see that it’s intact even after all this nonsense the Romans have done.
bro, there's nothing special about the message of Christ. I have read the bible back to back and the absurdity it contains is baffling, now let me ask you, any other religion can also claim their books are written in double entendres, proves nothing. Do you know the message of Muhammed? Every religion has a Messiah claiming a message, no prove that any of them is the way. Indoctrination will make one believe ones book holds a special message over the rest. Good night.

I like that you’re informed. It’s not a lie that the verses of the Bible were debated and some of the actual verses were removed and some words changed to suit the political or psychomental manipulative need of the ruling class. I know this and I’m aware of certain places of the Bible where there might have been some change. Now here’s my question: if God is aware of these changes, do you think he might find a way to still pass the information in the Bible still? Have you wondered why there are four Gospels in the Bible lastly does these changes invalidate the life of Jesus or his purpose. Sometimes I think we shouldn’t be wise in our own eyes, let’s humble ourselves and maybe we might see. Do you also know that if God is aware of these changes then all that changes becomes invalidated? Lastly, have you really read the Bible to understand its words?
Jesus Christ was a historical figure of staggering influence, perhaps the most enigmatic and inspirational leader the world has ever seen. As the prophesied Messiah, Jesus toppled kings, inspired millions, and founded new philosophies. As a descendant of the lines of King Solomon and King David, Jesus possessed a rightful claim to the throne of the King of the Jews. Understandably, His life was recorded by thousands of followers across the land.

More than eighty gospels were considered for the New Testament, and yet only a relative few were chosen for inclusion—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John among them.

The fundamental irony of Christianity. The Bible, as we know it today, was collated by the pagan Roman emperor Constantine the Great

He was a lifelong pagan who was baptized on his deathbed, too weak to protest. In Constantine's day, Rome's official religion was sun worship—the cult of Sol Invictus, or the Invincible Sun—and Constantine was its head priest. Unfortunately for him, a growing religious turmoil was gripping Rome.

Three centuries after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Christ's followers had multiplied exponentially. Christians and pagans began warring, and the conflict grew to such proportions that it threatened to rend Rome in two. Constantine decided something had to be done. In 325 A.D., he decided to unify Rome under a single religion. Christianity.

Constantine was a very good businessman. He could see that Christianity was on the rise, and he simply backed the winning horse. Historians still marvel at the brilliance with which Constantine converted the sun-worshipping pagans to Christianity. By fusing pagan symbols, dates, and rituals into the growing Christian tradition, he created a kind of hybrid religion that was acceptable to both parties.

Transmogrification; The vestiges of pagan religion in Christian symbology are undeniable. Egyptian sun disks became the halos of Catholic saints. Pictograms of Isis nursing her miraculously conceived son Horus became the blueprint for our modern images of the Virgin Mary nursing Baby Jesus. And virtually all the elements of the Catholic ritual—the miter, the altar, the doxology, and communion, the act of "God-eating"—were taken directly from earlier pagan mystery religions.

Christianity honored the Jewish Sabbath of Saturday, but Constantine shifted it to coincide with the pagan's veneration day of the sun. To this day, most churchgoers attend services on Sunday morning with no idea that they are there on account of the pagan sun god's weekly tribute—Sunday.

My good sir, this is where the council of niccea comes in. At this gathering, many aspects of Christianity were debated and voted upon—the date of Easter, the role of the bishops, the administration of sacraments.

The lecturer - class rep analogy makes no sense in this context, we are not discussing leadership or academics, we are discussing salvation, life here and in the hereafter. Ur parent from their parent and going in a chain to the very first pair on earth. Our existance is more than birth and die sir.
So you believe Adam and Eve populated the whole planet? That all the races of the earth came from them? And that despite all that, god decided to stick to a specific race and call them his people? The rest of us were created by Satan? Bruv, one doesn't need to go deep into religion to now it is a badly written script, a comic farce.

Do you even know the verses in the bible were voted to be put there? That all the stories in the bible were modelled after ancient religions before it. Your pastors know this. The rich ones are in business, the poor ones still believe their delusions. See, there's a lot to say and so little time. But the first path to sanity is asking questions.

2. FEAR OF UNCERTAINTY.

PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BRAINWASHED SINCE THE DAY THEY WERE BORN, TO THE EXTENT THAT TO DATE, THEY'RE SOMEHOW CONVINCED THERE'S AN EXISTING RELATIONSHIP (AND COMMUNICATION) WITH GOD IN THEIR MINDS.
PEOPLE WORSHIP GOD AND PRAY BECAUSE THEY'RE AFRAID OF TRAGEDY AND FAILURES. THEY'RE AFRAID OF DYING, AND ALSO WHAT HAPPENS TO US AFTER WE DIE.

IF YOU DO NOT INDOCTRINATE A CHILD, AND HE GROWS UP NOT FEARING SUPERSTITIOUS ELEMENTS, DEATH, AND UNCERTAINTY, THEN HE'D HAVE NO NEED TO BELIEVE IN OR WORSHIP ANY GOD.
When I tell people parents need to apologize to their children for forcing religion on them, they look at me funny. Telling children as young as six or seven about hell is criminal.

Just took delivery of KZ ZSN pro from jboixxx. The first track I tried on it was Bohemian Rhapsody cos it has complete set of highs and lows in instruments and vocals.

The bass is good, well defined and boosted high which gives it some warmth and weight. I found the speed good too, not slow and surpirisingly enjoyable. Upper frequencies seem to dominate and mids sound natural.

Overall it beats my earpod and I've given it out immediately. It's a steal for the price.

You still do not get it. Telecom wasn't such a necessity. It was in their interest to have the price crash in order to have more customers. That's what happened with Telecoms. It was that simple, use it if you can afford it and if you can't, life goes on.
No body will clamor for subsidy on cars or Apple phones and the likes. There are still villages in Nigeria without access to network. They still have no business with owning a phone. And that hasn't reduced their life span.

Such a policy can't go into Agriculture, or transportation. How will people feed and go to work earning our minimum wage? Do you ever go to the island and see people trekking when transporters hike price? Your argument might make sense to you probably because you're not at the lowest strata of the society.

You did humor me with the saying about Americans seeing subsidy payment to farmers as a waste. Affordable food prices should be the goal of humanity not profit and all the world powers have strived to achieve that for their people.

There is no world power that does not pay agricultural subsidy and it's not a co incidence.

You prefer not to hold the irresponsible government accountable for the challenges of Nigeria. Rather more austere measures should be implemented to further beggar thy country men. It's sad.

I can't a address a large crowd, this has nothing to do with introversion, I just haven't sharpened that skill.. PhonesRe: How Apple Might Likely Change The PC Industry. by Hakeem12(m): 2:34pm On Nov 22, 2020
thepoweruser:
Updated: Sorry for the delay; dear readers, had to do a little more research. cool
Okay, y'all get the point. Pardon the joke.
But seriously, Apple and Intel were never really friends. It was embarrassing (and somewhat humiliating) that PowerPC, which had been so ahead of x86 in performance-per-watt, suddenly found itself obsolete. Intel's Core had made a massive step forward such that PPC was still stuck at 500~800MHz while x86 was blowing past 3GHz with dual and even quad cores. And longtime Mac lovers hated this. An x86 Mac? What an irony at the time.
PowerPC couldn't give Apple the performance and efficiency it wanted. Intel could. So when Mac OS X launched and Apple's roadmap to the future was set up, they knew PPC wasn't going to get them there.
But now that is changing.
I've always said that, 'Competition is good for us consumers, monopolies are bad'. Intel was virtually unchallenged in the PC chip biz for so long. AMD, their (pretty much) only rival couldn't match them in performance, and AMD's offerings just looked like feeble counterblows. But Intel's progressed rocketed upward, then began slowing to a crawl, since there wasn't anyone to push them. They had the best foundries on the planet. They had the lion's share of the PC market. Buy any desktop (or laptop) and chances were it had an Intel chip. What could possibly happen? Nothing.
Or so they thought.
Then Came Ryzen
In 2017, AMD debuted Ryzen. You have to understand that before Ryzen came we were stuck on dual and quad cores on mainstream PCs like forever. Ryzen changed that. Desktops and laptops were still stuck on 14nm. Ryzen gave us 7nm in 2019. They beat Intel in price-to-performance ratio, even in laptops. To really understand how just how much Ryzen shook things up I recommend reading PCWorld's articles on how AMD caught Intel napping at the wheel.
I mean, how worse could it get? People were now a lot more likely to go with AMD. Intel was only winning in biased workloads. Even in gaming, Intel's previous lead over AMD will likely be ending with Ryzen's forthcoming 5000 series. Chipzilla, still struggling to fix it's 10nm woes, couldn't do little more than reuse it's 14nm nodes. It wasn't looking good at all for Intel. AMD was whupping them everywhere.
And now comes Apple.
Switching to Custom ARM Chips
Anyone who knows Apple knows just how they've been dominating the mobile scene. It is often said that there are two sides in the mobile chipset game: Apple and everyone else. The A14 Bionic in the latest iPhones and iPad Air is so powerful that I honestly doubt either the Snapdragon 875(G) or the Exynos 2100 will match it in CPU performance. (Let's not even talk about GPU). Watch TechNick's videos on YouTube and see just how much mAh/min an iPhone has. (Spoiler alert: iPhone 12 goes as low as 5mAh/min even under heavy use!). Performance and efficiency, Apple was just miles ahead. It's impressive. And now Apple says it's leaving x86 behind and it's throwing it's weight behind ARM.
This marks a turning point in Apple's history. Imagine being able to use the same apps on your MacBook as your iPhone. Macs would instantly become Always-On, Always Connected PCs. (Who knows, Apple might add a cellular modem). Desktop-grade apps would come to the iPad, fully fulfilling Apple's dream of it being a practical laptop replacement. Apple's ecosystem would become even more seamless. So many potential benefits. For the first time ever, Apple controls the design and operation of the processors from the ground up
Naturally, critics were worried, and they had a very good reason to be. ARM had proven it's salt in the smartphone and embedded computing game but was largely disappointing on desktop performance-wise. Battery-wise, it was amazing. ARM-based Windows laptops running mainly Snapdragon chipsets could only run either native ARM32/64 Windows programs (perfectly) or legacy Win32 apps via emulation (not so perfectly). x86-64 emulation was still a long way off. So for Apple to want to do this said two things: i). That they were confident of their custom chip division (and they had good reason to be), and 2). That they were also confident of solving any inherent backwards-compatibility issues. Critics also questioned compatibility with things like dedicated GPUs and support with programs that used them.
One More Thing
On November 10, 2020, Apple announced the very first ARM Macs, all powered by the same Apple M1 chipset. The 2020 MacBook Pro 13, MacBook Air and Mac mini. No difference, other than the Air not having active cooling (a fan). Not even a heatpipe. The aluminium chassis was the heat sink.
The media was curious. Okay, this is a new era for Apple, we get it. Two years down the line, every new Mac is an ARM machine. Apps? Okay, native apps are coming. Side benefit: macOS Big Sur lets you run the same apps as the iPhones. But what about Photoshop and other x86 apps? Apple says, don't worry, Rosetta 2 to the rescue. Emulation. And then dismay, because we all know how slow emulating even x86-32 is on 64-bit ARM hardware.
Apple is a company that prides itself on the quality of it's software experience. The hardware and software are the key ingredients in any ecosystem, but to bring the best out of them requires polish. Refinement, even. Well, the hardware and software has been unveiled, nyet? Well, let's wait for reviews.
Trouble
The Apple M1 isn't so different from the A14 Bionic. Two extra cores, a beefier GPU, even an ISP and Neural Engine, similar to it's mobile counterpart. Infact, what's so different? Same Firestorm+Icestorm architecture (higher clocks-3.2GHz for Firestorm with four heavy cores instead of just two, up to 2.6GHz for Icestorm, up from 3.1 and 1.8 on the A14), same GPU architecture (double the cores), same ISP and AI silicon, same storage and RAM controller bus. However, the cores have larger caches to saturate the core clocks, better memory bandwith, hell, you could call this an A14X Bionic, and was initially rumored as an A14T. So, just how good is it? Hold on to your horses, guys... This might seriously blow your socks off.
The tech site The Verge said and I quote; ''The questions changed from, 'Why would you want to invest in Apple's unproven chip' to, 'How do other laptops and PCs go from here?'
Disrupting The Industry
As one of the reviewers of the new ARM MacBook put it, 'The test was deeply unfavorable'. In a corner was the very latest, all-bells-and-whistles maxed-out 16'' MacBook Pro with 64GB of RAM, what is certainly an 8-core i9-9980H with an AMD Radeon 5500 M and 4TB of storage, a 6000USD machine, against a much less impressive MacBook Pro 13'' with Apple M1, 8GB RAM and 1TB storage, just for 2000USD. In every single test, the ARM laptop held it's own and even beat it's far expensive cousin (both in benchmarks and code compiling) and the most insane thing is that the Intel machine's fans were roaring and the ARM laptop didn't turn on it's fan ONCE.
What Happens Now?
In all my life, I have never expected this to happen. Obviously, the newer laptop doesn't have dedicated graphics hardware but Apple's software wizards are working on using their own integrated GPU in the M1. And this is with a laptop, imagine what Apple could do with the upcoming ARM iMac! This is the new computing revolution. A new day has surely dawned for ARM.
Here's me wondering what the hell Intel and AMD are going to do. Could this be the end of x86? What about Windows-on-ARM? How are they going to answer to this? Will Intel overlook the fact that the ARM MacBook does all these miracles while having twice the battery life? Bring back Itanium? I don't know. Only time will tell. But I can assure you that there is no way any of them (be it Intel, or Qualcomm, or the PC manufacturers, or even ARM will ignore this. Because Apple usually starts trends that push the industry forward. And this is the most amazing trend they kickstarted since the original iPhone launched, all the way back in 2007.

Comments welcome. Took me nearly 6 hours to type this. Appreciate the early comments. One love.
I Stan and re-stan apple for this. Exciting times in the tech world right now, exciting times. I have also been wondering what would happen to x86. Apple left others in the dust with this move.

The A14 bionic is no joke. It's a beast. Love the way you write. You should launch more topics. Only one other guy; atheistandproud dishes out info like this. The only bugging me is the lack of dedicated graphics hardware. Would an integrated GPU fare better?

Trump is losing it. I don't even think he is in a sane mental state right now. Biden is clearly the winner, even cavemen know this already. You can't fight an all out war and win. Too many enemies made, just in a term. Biden all the way.

Of Religions, sentience and egos.
BY NWOBODO FORTUNE

When religious people say that Science proves Religion right and people that don't believe are "fools", what exactly do they mean?

Because from where I stand, it seems like quite the opposite.
A central flaw of religion is a desire to put man (and the earth) at the center of everything because we're the only beings that have the sentience to do so.
The earth must have been created for us. We must have some great, big purpose in this world.
The earth must have been the center of the world with everything revolving around it (this religion based belief was popular until the early 1600s).

This "special person, special purpose" belief is why the majority of religions have young earth creation dates. Man is the reference point and religions cannot conceive of a world in which animals existed for hundreds of millions of years before we did. Or a world in which until recently, we were no more special than these animals, just evolving humans at the middle of the food chain.
Thus, most religions aren't even made from the moment when man split from the ancestral apes or the moment when he first became sentient enough to make wooden tools. They're from the moment when he became sentient enough to think in abstract terms, in fact, in such abstract terms that he could imagine things that didn't exist and convince himself that they did because it was the only way this world could have been created. That period was just about half to one dozen millenia ago compared to the 200 millenia that our species, homo sapiens has existed or the approximately 6.5 million years since we split from the ancestral apes.
And most of their thoughts are bull... The exact bull by which most religions are proven false.

All of science does not agree with a young earth. The only thing that agrees with a young earth is our ego and our wanton desire to place ourselves at the center of narratives simply because we have the consciousness and the overbearing ego to do so.
From the petrol in our cars that represent the remains of dinosaurs that existed 66-230 million years old and the remains of myriad other species of extinct animals to the rocks that we can accurately date with Potassium Argon dating systems to 3 or even 4+ billion years ago to the earliest light from stars that we calculate to have left the star 13.4 billion years ago, showing us that the star is at least that old, we've consistently found that so much existed before us, so much exists with us and so much will exist after we have gone extinct. We're just lucky enough to have the consciousness of self / intelligence to enjoy the now.

I have always maintained that the more specific a religion is, the easier it is to be dismantled. Because while they can twist and turn, changing the goal posts on a number of these vague ideals they churn out, the truth remains that most of their beliefs are created by men who thought themselves special enough to be the mouth pieces of the gods whilst making quips that were only true in their time, mainly as a result of widespread ignorance in ancient times.
If you hold their more specific quotes, thoughts and attempts at science up to scrutiny, they crumble into fine dust.

No religion is special. They're all made up attempts to answer the questions, How did all of this come to be? Why are we here? etc.
That is why there are so many of them. (There were over 100,000 known religions before the conquest and colonialism of much of the world by superior armies spreading Christianity and Islam (for political means) reduced that number to the conservative 4,000 it is today.)

Unlike Mathematics or Physics which would be replicated almost perfectly if all of it were lost, religion is such a diffuse product of the imagination that if all the 4000 religions suddenly left our imaginations now, in time people would invent entirely new ones that would have only one thing in common with the old ones. A reliance on faith and absolutely no rooting in fact.

Have a nice day.
