Frozen windows .: Jokes Computer Jokes Wife sends a text message to her husband on a really cold morning: Windows are totally frozen, will not open.
Husband replies: “Carefully pour some warm water over it and tap the edges first with your hand, if that doesn’t work, then gently with a hammer.”
15 minutes later, the wife texts back: “Oh no, I think the laptop is now totally gone.”

GoldCircle: But why did the coup fail? so many theories that do not address the question... I wish I could get an insider's perspective on why this coup failed.
was it in execution or in planning? I quite agree also that the opening line of Orkar's speech was insensitive. He would have left that out for subsequent speech.
your opinions though.. the plan leaked and they just had to take up arms to fight like that |
Politics › Re: Major Gideon Orkar Coup Speech In April 1990.has Anything Changed Since Then? by hakeem4(m): 9:16am On Aug 19, 2017 |
White007: Same here. I was a kid then, but I could remember vividly all that happened then, and i was fortunate or should i say unfortunate to be in a military barrack then. We saw first hand all the intrigues, counter coup and power play that took place after Orkar's announcement. After the coup failed or look like it was gonna fail, we started seeing so many J5 buses abadoned inside and outside the barracks. A lot of military guys that partook in the coup were abandoning their military gears for civilian clothing. I happen to know a military family friend that partook in the coup ( Major Mukoro), he was later killed along with so many junior officers. It was a sad day for those brilliant young officers, and also a sad day for Nigeria.
I think the coup failed, cuz of those 5 northern state that Orkar mentioned in his broadcast. We remembered in the initial stage, it had popular support even within military, but all of sudden everything started collapsing. We heard Abacha has retaking the Bonny camp barracks, Doddan barracks and there was one Major Biu who took the ikeja cantonments and 242 recci battalion from the coup plotters.
Had it been successful, maybe Nigeria would have been a better Nation today. Look at 23 yrs after the failed coup, Nigeria is still deep in corruption, nepotism, lots of dishonesty, get-rich-quick syndrome, space age kleptomania, parochial tribalism/sectionalism, 'me first' syndrome, indiscipline everywhere.
What a pity ! mukoro didn't die with them he and nyiam went on exile |

Career › 4 Reasons Why It Makes Sense To Track Your Expenses by hakeem4(op): 8:29am On Aug 19, 2017 |
4 Reasons Why
It Makes Sense to Track Your Expenses Hi Friend,
If you're anything like we used to be, we were buoyant on payday and struggling for money by month’s end. We didn't know there was a way to keep smiling even before payday. To truly be the master of your money, you must understand how your money works and where it goes.
1. Avoid Risky Living If you don’t know what your monthly expenses look like, you’re at risk of living above your means. 2. Take Control Tracking helps you to overcome your weaknesses. Be it clothes, hair, impulse buying, knowing it and doing something is really a life saver. You can finally take control. Tracking your expenses is empowering.
3. Learn to Prioritize Tracking forces you to prioritize. Mindless spending won’t get you that car you’ve been hoping for. Tracking your expenses is one solid way to go about only putting your money where you want it to go.
4. How Else Will You Meet those 2017 goals? If you want to buy a piece of land that costs 1.5 million in 2 years, then you must save 63,500 each month right? You can't accomplish what you don't measure. Source:- from findreach app Lalasticlala |

There are some posts I don't comment because some graduates lacked information.
They are infants. Still coming up.
India has the largest refinery also in the world. Nigeria doesn't even have a refinery.
What we have here in Nigeria is mushroom universities, I obvious believe that is why one lecturer brainwashed you or one foreign book.
India education system can't be compared with ours. India is one million times ahead of Nigeria in technology, science, economy, military, education, infrastructure and many more.
Pls stop this badness of comparison
Just a blogger who needs money India is a developing nation like Nigeria 1) mass poverty 2) over population 3) illiteracy rate is high there 4) unemployment rate. High there 5) average Indian lives on $1.25 a day |
