You're right about the science of both religions. But here is the differences the stories of the old testaments are allegorical to teach morality to a tribe trying to survive harsh desert conditions while surrounded by hostile neighbors. The old testament is not the word of God but the men who wrote it were inspired by Him.

Christianity is the imitation of Christ. Pure and simple. And in that you will find no errors.

I asked questions like "if Adam and Eve were the first set of people on earth, how come we have negroes, Caucasians, Mongoloids and all that......I was told to just have faith and believe......after that day, I stopped seeing Christianity the way it is. I don't know about Islam though.

Left to me, there are many ceremonies that are so worthless of celebrating, celebration such as Burial, Naming Ceremony, Christmas, Birthday, babyshower, bridal- shower, Bachelors eve and remembrance.
