HELLO FELLOW NAIRALANDERS am very impressed by the level of commitment by fellow nigerians, those in diaspora and home. am not a medical practisioner, but i have lot to say about our health system in nigeria, not even the federal capital, abuja is spared of the degredation in its health sector. from the personel's attitude to the physical structures of the healthcare facilities, are all in shamble, both for public and private hospitals (just hand full of private hospitals are ok) . can you all medical practisioners come together to have a well equiped healthcare facility or hospital here in abuja to further your course on nairaland. you may call it NAIRALAND HOSPITAL, lol but honestly, we need a sound and well cultured medical center in nigeria talk to yourselves, have a forum meeting etc. LAND, STRUCTURE, EQUIPMENT AND PERSONELS will be required. this is acheivable, lets set target for next year. a merry chrismas and a prosperious new year to you all hakir onivehu2000@yahoo.com 08069585568 |

hi nairalanders recent info on LUGBE area of abuja ,is that NO DESIGN FOR CONSTRUCTION IS APPROVED BY DEVELOPMENT CONTROL, reasons being that fct administration is redesigning lugbe area to conform with fct plans as against AMAC plans. so be rest assured that if u present a design for approval of lugbe today, it will meet a brick wall at DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. @mykel09 the budget is quite tight for a land at aco, but will vary the various plots and get you the list. pls do send me a mail. thanks @shinatu fha and aco are organized estates along the airport road. there quite sizable and fully occupied, other areas around it are not infra-structured and and developed except for some private estates with there own infrastructure. other single plots not in the estates will kind of be isolated. but with the expansion of the major road and other development along this axises, lugbe is going to blow out in no longtime |
am not up to date on sunny vale estate price but could get u same. also specify the type of house- bungalow, duplex, flats and also also if it should be semi-detach or detach, and finally do u want it finished or in carcass |
