i have sent an email to you, pls do check your mail box. can u imagine owning a 4 bedroom terrace duplex with a bq for as low as 60m in maitama!!!!. with fractional ownership you can buy off, carcass duplexes (terrace,semi) for as low as 25m in highbrow areas that would have costed 70m-90m this arrangement could be for business or personal ownership. it is also extended to medium and low income areas the legal title to the properties are clean and clear (deed of partitioning), which are transferable and could be used for mortgage purposes. it is really a big one and a solution to housing supply. |

lokongoma, is the new phase of abuja that to my opinion will be the most sought after in the nearest years from now (say 2 yrs from now). lokongoma is a district designated for estates, so u have more of estate plots in these area, the best u could get is a service plot of land from any would be estate developers, as i have advertised above. early last yr and towards ending of same yr, service plot for duplex in dis area goes for 6m - 8m. i dont knw if u would like the service plot i advertised above. thanks |
sahara homes, i dont think has any service plot left @ lokongoma, cos the estate is fenced and fully built up, except pple that will be re-selling which i also dought as much, but about 2 months ago i was there on a reconnaisance survey, some pple were trying to sell thier built up houses, but i dont knw the price, but it should be within the range 35m-40m |
