Hello nairalanders, Abuja today is marking a new dawn in property acquisition, most areas in phase 1, are almost exhausted and were available the price is astronomically high e.g maitama, asokoro, wuse and garki. even the part of phase 2 e.g jabi and utako are equally almost exhausted. The new alternative which is most sort after today is guzape cos of its infrastructure, located beside asokoro of which today they have integrated and equally buildings are on going in this area. Land are actually going up astronomically @ a geometric rate, 2006 land easily went for 900k in guzape but today same land goes for btw 30m - 60m depending on the location. If u have missed out on asokoro pls don't miss a chance on this. I for see katampe extension today to be the next aso drive of abuja, the area is just unique and u just need to be there to feel it. Land is equally going high on daily bases in there area. Aso drive is the most expensive place in abuja today close to aso rock villa. Lastly, don't miss out on jahi, wise investors go for jahi today and smile like investors of guzape 2006. hello nairalanders, i know you really want to know what is happening in abuja. here are the very hot spots in abuja: 1. guzape - building has commenced here and its located near asokoro (there is infrastructure) 2. katampe extension - diplomatic zone located near maitama, building has commenced (there is infrastructure) 3. jahi - located near maitama, katampe main, katampe extension, gwarinpa, mabushi and kado (still bear land with infrastructure ongoing) 4. wuye - located near utako, wuse zone 7, stadium. the earlier part of the district has much development with ministry of finance quarters located within. the infrastructure is ongoing. thanks hakir onivehu2000@yahoo.com 08069585568 |

it depend on were u finally choose, this particular building is located in wuse zone 6 the building cost 75m on acquisition and we refurbished with 30m. so ur budget will depend on were u could get land. this could be replicated anywhere |
@ obilena the lugbe house is a good one for your budget. its new and with good infrastructure and space within the building. you get the allocation directly and pay to FHA (federal housing authority). FHA has made it flexible for you (you get to pay in 2 installments). fha price - 13m, allotee dispose price for the allocation - 1.2m asking is a block of flat building ok by u?. i just came back from sallah break would see what i can get for the project above with 25m you can replicate it with less granite and some other expensive finishes. @lomolink within a week the bathroom could be done up |

@saleesu the lugbe ppty is sold already, will get to search for others when u are in abuja @babs it is about 30m, cos of the fact that it is an old renovated building, but will cost lesser if it were a new building and the level of finishing was reduced |
