I can imagine how hurting it is especially after waiting that long.. I think the reason for denial has to do with home ties

. Hmmmn, please can you explain futher on that, I would appreciate .i don't know if I want to apply through that route again being the second attempt. Thanx for the concern

. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

your travel history
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit
your current employment situation
your personal assets and financial status.
I don't have family in Canada o,I gave a detailed SOP debunking the previous reasons given at the first refusal. I gave my god fathers Soa,(25million) landed properties, CAC registration , passport bio page, birth and marriage certificate, affidavit of sponsor , letter of sponsor, my employment details, leave letter, bio page, statement of account) I didn't wana lodge money in d acct prior to submission, my siblings birth certs( my eldest bro is in UK, married and working ), education certificates , cv. Please house where did I go wrong ? Being the second attempt I am weary already.. Please does anyone have information as regards taking the spousal route, so we can start research. Thanx Tnuola. Good morning Efamily. I got the well dreaded news from CIC last night saying 'I did not satisfy them that I would come back after my studies' this was the reason given to me before. This makes the second refusal. I can't even explain my emotions right now. But I know God knows best. I guess I would have to take the other route which is through marriage as my fiancee is in Canada already. . Does anyone have detailed information as to that route? Nevertheless, I wish Tnuola , mrnilo, warrikid and other awaitees in the house a positive news from CIC . We go meet for canada soon by his grace. I can't wait to hear you guys good news Atleast it would put a smile on my face. Lol. Have a good day guys.

This week makes it the eleventh (11th) week I submitted my app, you don't wne know the wait has been, but am I worried? NO, Cuz I know God will do what's best for me.

This week is our week, we medical awaitees will sing a joyful song this week...

. I am going for Global business management , what about you? Well it should have a mayb opening but am really not bothered about that as most times the first two weeks are for orientation and all of that. Besides I know 2pple that got to school 2weeks after resumption Cz of CIC, not humber though. I also believe the delay is due to the holidays, this new week we would get positive news from them by his grace. Just have faith and believe . I am standing firm on his word and know am going this month and no delays by his grace. It is well with us all.

. A semester at least which was like 6thousand dollars plus. The first year school fees was over 13thousans dollars.

. Yes, I was asked to pay part tuition and given a deadline. I am waiting for Medicals still though .

i am sorry you will not be able to make the 14th Jan registration.You can hold on till say 12th if you have not gotten your visa, engage your school admissions and inform them that you have not gotten an update from the embassy on your visa application and would like to defer till fall,i.e september.They will advise you on how to go about it.that does not affect your application,you get your visa and hold on to it till when you ready to go. From personal experience, I know someone that went to school 3 weeks after resumption Cz of CIC delay. Just contact your school and let them know, they usually give an extension because as international students we pay a lot of money o. But like I said accurate answer can only come from the school .quote]
