So today plenary, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, a PDP senator representing Abia South asked that the House summon President Buhari who also doubles as the Minister of Petroleum resources to come and explain why there's fuel scarcity in the country.

OMG!!, How was these even possible, this is so sad, i feel for the baby, all the pains she will go through are just unimaginable. According to reports, the baby above was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh through Caesarean section in by a Bangladeshi mother on Wednesday, November 11, and is currently receiving post-natal care at the government hospital. A doctor at the Standard Hospital of Total Healthcare where the baby was born, Abu Kawsar said that tests showed the baby has only one set of vital body organs but two heads and that except for having two heads, the newborn has the rest of her organs and limbs like a normal newborn.

The baby’s condition cois said to be an example of a very rare congenital condition calleddicephalic parapagus where the baby is born with two heads but only one body. Although, people often think of a baby with the condition as a single person with two heads, but this baby is actually a set of twins who share the same body and vital organs.

The baby's father Mia Jamal, a farm labourer said he is happy mother and child are OK.
"She has two fully developed heads. She is eating with two mouths and breathing with two noses. Still, I thank Allah that she and the mother are now OK,' he told the news agency AFP

Worried by his single status, the All Progressives Congress Kogi State Governorship Candidate, Prince Abubakar Audu, has finally dumped his new wife for Hajia Halima Alfa, at a marriage held in the early hours of Sunday 8-11-2015, in Ankpa.

It would be recalled that the two time governor’s bid to marry from Alh Salisu Mariga’s family of Ayingba, some few weeks ago met a brick wall.

But disturbed by the several questions his kinsmen have continuously asked him about his marital status, Prince Audu, has finally settled for Hajia Halima Alfa. She was a two time Commissioner when he was governor of the state.

Hajia Alfa, until her joining the APC, was a member of the PDP and a Member of SURE P, a position she used to her advantage to make enough money.
She few weeks ago, divorced her former husband of over two decades.

The marriage with Prince Audu was done secretly amongst family members, a source in the Audu’s campaign organisation disclosed is an added advantage for the guber hopeful as Hajia Alfa’s financial muscle, he added would aid the ambition of the Ogbonicha Prince.

Prince Audu has had over five failed marriages. He recently married an eighteen year old half cast of Benue origin. But worried by her under age status and the negative public perception, her status was generating and the negative tendencies it was causing politically, Prince Audu was forced to go for Hajia Alfa.

Prince Abubakar Audu hopeful is known to have contested the governorship of the state in 1991, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011 and now with a new wife.

A former governor of Benue, Mr Gabriel Suswam, on Monday lost his bid to stop the probe instituted against him by Gov. Samuel Ortom at the state’s High Court. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Ortom constituted an investigative panel to determine the actual state of indebtedness of the state and to verify government’s assets.

Suswam had dragged Ortom and the commission to court, seeking leave of the court to disband and set aside the Administrative Commission of Inquiry instituted against him. He averred that the commission was incapable of exercising judicial powers and lacked constitutional powers to investigate or adjudicate upon the issues submitted to it for inquiry.

NAN reports that the commission was expected to make findings of those responsible for lease or allocation of real property belonging to the Benue Government public. Suswam in his application alleged that the commission was set up to witch-hunt and smear his name and destroy his legacy.

He had claimed that his administration was transparent and rendered periodic account of its stewardship to the state throughout his eight years in office. The former governor argued that the resources of the state were judiciously used and that the impact could be seen all over the state.

He, therefore, prayed the court to grant his application by quashing the commission.

It will be recalled that the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Iorhemen Hwande, had on Oct. 12, ordered a stay of proceedings on the commission, following Suswam’s suit.

But giving his ruling on the suit on Monday, Justice Adam Onum, vacated the order on the commission and ordered resumed sitting of the commission with immediate effect. Onum declared that the commission could issue letters of summon on individuals.

He, however, agreed with the applicant that

Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, has came down on President Buhari for his alleged abuse of power. He made this known in an interview by Premium Times, Dasuki said president collaborated with his party to torment Nigerians. Speaking on his fresh ordeal with the SSS, He noted that the way the security outfit was handling the matter was exactly how things were poorly handled in the past which then led to the Boko Haram insurgency.

According to him, the SSS of taking laws into their hands instead of following the legal way of doing things stressing that it is for such reason that makes cases in Nigeria remain stagnant. the embattled former NSA accused the security agency of violating the law and harassing him when the case against him was already before a court disclosing that they were determined to re-arrest him without any court warrant or fresh charges.

He revealed how the SSS invited a former governor of Adamawa state, Boni Haruna, who stood as his surety in court, and intimidated him. Dasuki said:
“They brought Boni Haruna to my house yesterday asking him to invite me to go with them just to clarify something. I told them that since this matter is in court, I am not under obligation to deal with them and advised them to go to court if they have any issue related to the case.
“We were also in power and if we had abused it the way they are doing now, they would never have been here… it is unfortunate.
“The way the SSS is handling the matter was exactly how things were poorly handled in the past that then threw up the Boko Haram insurgency.
“Instead of following the legal way of doing things, some people decided to take the laws into their hands and see where we are today.”

President Muhammadu Buhari has scrapped the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) and also ordered the Presidential Committee and workers of the agency to close shop. The President’s order was delivered to the SURE-P Committee through a letter from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
As expected, The President has ordered a probe into their activities, funding and expenditure of the agency. President Muhammadu Buhari in the letter directed the panel to wind down the operations of SURE-P on or before October 31, 2015 and submit a comprehensive report of its activities to The Presidency.

President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked The Head of Service of the Federation, Danladi Kifasi. Danladi Kifasi has been asked to proceed on terminal leave with Immediate effect.

No immediate replacement was announced.

It has confirmed from the Attorney General’s Office in Switzerland that the United Kingdom has requested Mutual Legal Assistance from Swiss authorities for the detention of Kola Aluko.

Mr. Aluko is the alleged money launderer for the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, and ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

SaharaReporters broke the news earlier today that Kola Aluko has holed himself up in his regal estate in southern Switzerland after learning of Alison-Madueke’s arrest in the United Kingdom. Alison-Madueke and four others are confirmed to have been arrested by agents attached to the National Crime Agency (NCA) in the UK for bribery and other financial crimes.

Nathalie Guth of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland said,
“I can give you the additional information, that the OAG has received a request for mutual assistance from England.” Mrs. Guth bolded ‘from England’ to emphasize that it was the UK, not Nigeria, requesting Mr. Aluko’s detention.
This communication from the Swiss Attorney General’s Office contradicts reports earlier from Reuters news that it was Nigeria which had requested the assistance from Switzerland.

Ghen,ghen, Ghen,ghen!, this is clearly a case of no rest for the thief, As fresh reports reveal that the British Government is keen and determined to resurrect Alamieyeseigha's case as they have requested for his EXTRADITION to London!

It will be recalled that former Bayelsa State Governor, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha was granted a state pardon by former President Goodluck Jonathan

But for the British Government, the former governor has an outstanding case in the UK on money laundering which is there for him to answer.

And the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Corruption, Professor Itse Sagay, was quoted as saying that the President Buhari-led government is prepared to assent to the request of the British Government. He said that the United Kingdom has every legal right to demand for the extradition of the former Bayelsa State Governor.
“The UK is in principle correct to be making such a request based on the fact that the crime was committed on the British soil. However, when there is delay in trial as a result of time, there may be consideration on legal grounds so that the trial is not seen as oppressive,”
Former Governor Alamieyeseigha, who was facing money laundering charges, jumped bail and returned to Nigeria and has since then refused to answer summons for trial to continue. He even contested for a senatorial position in the last concluded election.
