I disagree with you on this.
When I see certain questions following a sale report. I can easily deduce if it's a newbie question or a longstanding member desiring to compare notes.
There was a period I didn't see any sales report, and I was beginning to think the domain flipping biz was no longer lucrative. Only for the next month to clear my doubt.
Like someone mentioned, the questions being asked are either for motivation or knowledge purposes, nothing to be scared abt. Answer or Ignore.
Let's try and avoid any form of "Inception".

Unless u have bulk money to 'invest", Just build ur portfolio size gradually with good names till u make ur first sale.
Two $100 sales is enough to break even. In this biz, I have come to realize that good names and portfolio size are two key factors to success.

Let me hazard a response.
If u meant "3 days after u sold it".. transfer normal takes 24-48hrs. You only experience delay if buyer doesn't know what to do.
But if u meant "3 days after u purchased" it; then...
If the domain has crossed 60days lock, it can be "transfered" any time. If it hasn't, u can only "push" it to the buyers account on the same registra u bought it.
1. The buyer has to accept the push option
2. Ur marketplace has to have an acct with the registrar for push to work. U push it to them, dey push it to buyer.

I visited someone, the dog was lying close to the door, I tried to touch it so it could go away it just bit me. Small bite with scratches on my fingers(I guess the scratches are from its nails) I went to the clinic and took tetenus injection and they also gave me anti-rabies injection too (5k per one) and said I'm supposed to take it 3 times but I'm strapped for cash currently.
I heard if a dog transmit rabies, it would die after few days. Should I still be worried if the dog doesn't die?
I mean if the dog is healthy and alive does it means it couldn't have had rabies infection to transmit during bite?

By the time I finished with Google, nobody told me to find money for anti rabies. All the shots where taken at a pharmacy along with "bros, wetin u do the dog?" "bros, abi dey chop dog?".
Spent a total of 25k for 5 doses..

I will drop this report here for a reason...

I outbounded the domain name, got a reply of $1500 interested from a particular buyer and not interested from the rest.

Buyer backed out later on that he doesn't like the name as he owns a better name, and the name is to generic.

Disturbed buyer for months and always greeted him, and he decided to give me $350 for the name if. I would give him, not wanting the name to expire as I would not renew gave it to him for $350.



So my advice is for those of us that rely on outbound continue to outbound and keep disturbing anyone that has ever shown interest... One Alex taught me this...

Iv outbounded a domain for 10 months nobody replied, until I woke one morning to see sales alert.
It's not a must for enduser to reply u. Some will just buy the domain straight, while some will tell u outrightly to bleep off . The best u can do is to keep track of whether ur emails are being opened or not with boomerang.
As for ur the "type" of Gmail account u are using..I believe I explained something abt that in the last page or thereabout
