RomanceRe: Can Flirting Be Considered As Cheating? by Halogen50(m): 10:35am On Oct 08, 2012
Goldieluks: Flirting with an intention to date or get laid by a person, is cheating.
But flirting without intention, and no strings attached to it, cannot be classified as cheating.

Take NL for example, most people flirt with each other, without any intention.

. . . and it all boils down to motivation. . .

SimplySEA: who sponsors engineerin talents in nigeria? Etisalat? mtn? government? U? Who? Do u kno Engineerin is d bedrock of technological developments/advancement in any civilization! Jus a simple case of misplaced priority! Only using engineerin as a an example....
MTN, Etisalat, SHELL, Chevron, etc, the list goes on; they all sponsor/provide scholarships on a consistent basis to Engineering students and students in other courses (computer science, business administration, etc). And not only that, they also provide facilities and equipment for them too.

ebamma: This etisalat na real yeye people now na nigerian idol dem dey sponsor small time e go be nigerian oracle, maybe the next one go be nigerian babalawo
always wasting money on auditions.. why not look out for best brains that can transform the country rather than recycling some junk procedures.. of which participants a.k.a idols would end up being idle like the regular, overpopulated vocalists ..who have nothing to offer aside barbaric swags..

Thank you my brother!!! Dont mind them.. We have enough brains out there who can transform the country in various sectors... I dont know what MTN,ETISALAT and other big companies are waiting for to re-wake the excellent brains all over naija.....
No be only Nigerian idol...na Nigerian juju..
You guys seem to forget that these companies (MTN, Etisalat, etc) have also spent billions, and are still spending in other sectors: education, youth empowerment, health and environment. a simple google search will give you plenty of info on this. This same money you think they are wasting on the entertainment sector is helping some people meet their needs. They can't do everything.

PoliticsRe: SEC Workers Protesting For Oteh's Sack (Video) by Halogen50(m): 1:28pm On Sep 26, 2012
@kolokolobi, I agree with you. Oteh was also investigated and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and was not found guilty of corruption, though she had some administrative lapses. I respect PWC because those guys have uncompromising integrity and expertise. So if PWC says Oteh is not corrupt, she definitely isn't corrupt.

pro01: Oteh is a bitch, like every other undergraduate 'runs girl' in Nigeria, sorry to say. Because she is sleeping with the ULTIMATE POWER, she believes she is untouchable. Who doesn't know about her in Abuja? Useless woman. She is more corrupt than anyone else in SEC, but what makes her insufferable is that she rubs her connection with the ultimate dick power in everyone's face and tells them to do their worst. Annoying biaatch.
@pro01. I read this lady's bio and CV before i read your post. looks like your perception of women is one-size-fits-all. anybody who can see through the haze will know that this woman is only being attacked by those who want her to leave SEC.

My question is why rush and stand in front after you were almost excluded from the album. SMH
I don't know where @heynew got this image from as the Kanye West's Cruel Summer Album Image. But if you google for Kanye West's Cruel Summer Album Image, this is what you will find:

Foreign AffairsRe: French Magazine Risks Muslim Anger With Mohammed Cartoons by Halogen50(m): 10:20am On Sep 19, 2012
Why are you christians looking for trouble na undecided

Is it by force to become a christian? huh

Why not serve your jesus and let others serve whtever they feel like serving!

You people just can't stand the fact that Islam is making progress every blessed day, abi?

You explore hatred, jealousy and even ready to do anything to portray Islam in a bad name but the God is always behind the true religion.

My advice to fellow muslims is to remain calm and let Allah protect us as he promise to.

Thnx!
And who said Charlie Hebdo (the owner of the magazine) is a Christian, or do you just label every non-Muslim a Christian? Blaming Christians based on the above post shows that you are already prejudiced against Christians. Personally, I don't believe in insulting what other people take as sacred, in the name of freedom of speech. But you shouldn't assume that the Christian community is behind in-citations such as these.
Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Which Is Better Between Gotv Africa And Startimes In Nigeria(Ibadan)? by Halogen50(m): 12:16pm On Aug 03, 2012
Kanmiboy: For me startime is no where comparable to gotv. In terms of clarity I give it to gotv n in terms of content gotv still have it joo.
I think I disagree Kanmiboy, I use startimes and I have friends who use GOtv and Startimes, and they complain bitterly about GOtv. From @4llerbuntu list of channels you can see that startimes' channels still out weight GOtv's channels; though this still boils down to what each person prefers sha. but for me Startimes is still better that GOtv. Picture quality wise, I think GOtv is better, but Startimes rates higher in other parameters.

akunjohn: Im ln ibadan too and i use gotv,in terms of picture quality,he beat startimes hands down and you dont even need external antena cos of your landlord and nosy neighbours
All my friends using GOtv can't view anything without external antenna. To make matters worse, the GOtv people they have to to point the antenna towards Sango from where they live to have good reception. The question my friends now had to ask was: "how will I know which direction to point the antenna from my house, when I don't even know which side Sango is from my house?"
PoliticsRe: Youth-Centred Presidential Debate On Channels TV @ 7pm, 25th March by Halogen50(m): 4:26pm On Mar 22, 2011
The youth are waiting for the much touted BON debate. The youth and Nigerians are one and the same. And we are earnestly waiting for the BON debate. Frankly, these many debates by every Chukwudi, Ejiro, Kayode, and Isah are becoming unnecessary distraction from the real issues of credible elections.

One debate is enough for all. Nigerians will hear the President on BON debate. Nigerians earnestly wait for the BON debates!
Not sure that this debate you are waiting for will happen before the elections. It will probably happen after the elections
PoliticsRe: Youth-Centred Presidential Debate On Channels TV @ 7pm, 25th March by Halogen50(m): 4:18pm On Mar 22, 2011
drpanaba:
I had admired GEJ since the day he was 'gud-LUCKY' to take over from his dead-announced boss. I had thought I would vote him because he was infarct for the first time, the only president who had made himself available for people's views on facebook.

However, I lost passion, interest and 'unliked' his page on facebook immediately I discovered he doesn't care about our comments. This is followed by an insolent and deliberate shunning of invitations to debate issues affecting us as Nigerians.

If he could pay heavily for 'koko-concert' but trivialize such debates, it is a strong pointer that he only would raise his shoulders high at us after achieving his aim.

If only votes would be truly counted, and ACN, CPC, Pat Utomi, Dele Momodu, etc could merge, these cult would be banished come April -I'm paradise sure!
In my own case, I lost faith in him following his comments about ACN governors being rascals and a host of other actions that show that he is not thinking through his actions. It makes me wonder who his campaign advisers are.
PoliticsRe: Reason Why Jonathan Did Not Attend The Presidential Debate by Halogen50(m): 2:10pm On Mar 21, 2011
About all this presidential debate brouhaha, which one is more credible; attending a presidential debate organised by NN24 or an interview anchored by D'banj?
