Kay0195, I quite agree with your submission. You have to take care of the issue of your finances yourself, cos no one will do it for you.
Romance / Re: Ladies Do You Need A Man To Be Rich ? by hambehsam(m): 9:08pm On Jun 11, 2010
This is towards women empowerment, nobody prays for job loses or death of a spouse, but ladies are always at the receiving end. So, if you are going into marriage expecting your husband to provide everything, what happens if you wake up one day to discover he is no longer there? I think, this is a wake up call to ladies to take the issue of their finances seriously and not leave it in the hands of their husbands alone.

And if you are a single lady, work, save and invest as if youre are going to be single for life, if you are financially adequate, even with threat from inlaws, when you lost your husband or divorce which may come atimes, may not neccessary affect you.

Women, can take the issue of investments seriously as their male counterparts, invest in real estate, stocks, mutual funds, businesses. higher education etc to empower yourself for the change that will definitely come as we progress towards life.

Let the opinion continue.
Romance / Ladies Do You Need A Man To Be Rich ? by hambehsam(m): 11:44am On Jun 10, 2010
Statistics have shown that women have a longer life expectancy than men, Women also earns less than men in paid employment, most women over 54 years of age are widowed, women are also responsible for the upkeep of their aged parents, for this reasons, women need more money than men. Women need to invest for their future. LADIES YOU DONT NEED A MAN TO BE WEALTHY. Ladies let me know your views.

Business / Do Insurance Companies In Nigeria Settle Claims Promptly ? by hambehsam(m): 11:31pm On Apr 14, 2010
Hello fellow nairalanders,Risks are a permanent feature of life. Every day, we are faced with circumstances that threaten life and possessions. Most business and investments actions are also rooted in risk-taking. Most times these risks do not crystallise and life goes on. Quite often, however, people experience major catastrophes that either inflict physical harm or do a lot of damage to possessions and the means of livelihood. Either way, this could bring a lot of misery, especially if there is no fallback. That is why insurance practice has developed, over time, to provide a cushion that could make a big difference when unexpected disaster strikes.

What does insurance hold for you and what justification is there for buying insurance? Why is the image of the industry uninspiring in our environment?
If you have any case FOR or AGAINST insurance, share it with us, so that we can learn and gain from your experience. You need not mention names.
Thanks.

courtesy demands that you thank someone, who has done a good deed to you. Thanking your woman after love making is not a sign of weakness, but an affirmation for the love you shared. If sex is not important pornography with not be the biggest market in the world. common appreciate your woman when she does something nice.

Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by hambehsam(m): 11:57am On Mar 27, 2010
The surge is due to the following:
1. The first quater of the year is coming to an end. All companies with Dec 31st year end, are about releasing their results, so investors are taking position.
2. The AMC bill is almost about being passed. There are expectations that this might take care of the banks toxic asset.
3. Whether we like it or not, no genuine investment in Nigeria today, gives the kind of return our market gives within so short a time. And with the kind of liquidity.

This goes along way to portray the level of insecurity in the country. But, while it baffles me is that, I dont know why this kidnapping of a thing is so rampant now, that an ibo man is the IG of police. Oga IG abeg, rise up to the occasion and save the iboland from the menace of kidnappers.
