Your daughter is F2A..pls file for her immediately. Right now F2A is current meaning for those who have filed and are documentarily ready interviews would be scheduled, so its no longer 2years...your daughter could be with you in a matter or months.
Its HIGHLY unlikely her visit visa would be approved. She does have immigrant intent...abi if she comes on holiday and refuses to leave you would you turn her back?

Minimum, the visa is going to be valid for 6 months so what is the issue? He can go on a Thursday and return on Monday or plan his travel around public holidays. I don't see any problem here.

Just don't quite in hoping on getting your visa, get you visa first and i tell anyone that cares to listen "papers first o" as God will have it , i really thank God for my case, got my papers after 7 months here in America, it protect you in alot of ways

This is true so that's why it's best to have someone you know with the agency and to know what your contract with them states.
1....This means that know what consequences you would face if you decide to stop working for them at any point before the end of your contract.
2......Avoid companies that want you to sign long contracts. For me I think 2years is the maximum I can go.
3......if you are in Nigeria get your green card approved before leaving(which is the only route sha)
4.......know what they pay in your area because pay for RNs varies from state to state. So far westways staffing is the highest paying agency I have seen/heard of. They start with as high as 30/hr depending on your place of assignment it can go as much as in the high 40s.

I can only do one year, please what is the shortest contract they offer
