Once they know it's DIY they would treat you really bad that's what happened to me,because mine was not approved even servicom there refuse to answer me they just said I should dropped my paper I had to send a mail to immigration before 2hrs it was approved they were ashamed wen I came back that it's approved...Crazy Set of people there

They didn't request for birth certificate, Nin or local government of origin.

Visit the SERVICOM office within the Passport Office you selected... Go with the required documents. SERVICOM should resolve your issue.

So you can process it yourself and capture at the passport office in the state where you base. But how long it will take them to process your passport booklet is why I don't know. Mine took more than six months because I didn't bribe anyone.

I have processed mine but for them to even approve it it's taking months already that's the tihing

I did my myself and I captured at Ikoyi Passport Office though it took me more than six months before I collected my passport because I didn't give any of the passports official money.

Does it mean i cannot process it online and capture at my state?

Wait a bit more for the approval mail to be received by you. Technical glitch is one of the reasons why approval mail takes time...

till now it still hasnt been approved all thou mine is correction of data i don't know what else to do

Please am having an issue i made a mistake in my processing center same state for completely different center mistakenly picked asaba instead of warri is there a way around it for me to change it?

But the renewal is it something that i can do by myself because the amount they are calling at the passport office is way too high for me,Can i do everything myself?
