• Use 3 months statement from her and enough from yourself, please upload your birth certificate and also have enough money in your pounds account pls.
• In many households, especially in Nigeria, financial support from husband/family is normal and lawful
• Upload her employment letters from as far back as when she started.
• Family ties are present - husband, children under 18 etc please give these proper weight when you make the application.

She was supposed to travel during her long vac school holiday in July, that's the only time really she has. And the transaction is in February , the other months are ok not sure if I should write the 420k as monthly expenditure as it was a one off bulk purchase that made the expenditure average increase above her salary.
Or maybe I should leave the application for a bit later and use only 3 months statement (March, April, May) instead of 6 months I had planned to use. Would it be fine to only put her salary account for the application? She transfers money to her second account (transactions there are a complete mess) from the salary account.

Strong points, she is a Fed govt teacher with regular salary, has payslips, school calendar,intro letter, employment letter etc to back it too

Good day everyone, I need insight and application, mum is a government school teacher with regular salary in flow to the account, earns about 330k naira. She plans to upload the salary account only but the mum seems to regularly transfer and sometimes receive money from her other account (she sends money to herself), one month she transferred almost her whole salary to her other account, another month she made a bulk purchase of some pots like 600k which she bought with a colleague who transferred the money for it to her other account and she also transferred that money back to her salary account like 2 days after that. I don't want to upload her second bank statement because it is messy with lots of transactions that could be hard to explain. Not sure how to go about the monthly expenditure to fill in the form because the especially bulk pot purchase in February and the month she transferred almost all her salary to her second account shoot up the monthly outgoings to like 420k average which is more than her regular salary and other months her expenditure is usually between 220,000 naira and 280,000 naira. She has like 300k balance in the account. I put she has no other income and savings on the form and I put in 285,000 naira in the form as monthly expenditure but thought to ask for advice first for best way to handle this

I don't see how she can shake off two back to back refusals without taking a break.

UK is not smiling these days. A third refusal will be a complete disaster. She must avoid that.

There was actually like 2 years difference between the two refusals unfortunately the mum got another refusal with the latest application. What's the best way for them to present another application whenever else they do to avoid another denial. The mum is a petty trader and widow and they wanted her to spend sometime in UK to aid childcare. Someone was suggesting they get a lawyer, but she feels if they wait some months before trying again and give a better application they could get it then.

It must take some really disturbed mind to think that kind of thing up and even come out to say it like it happened. Like what manner of attention seeking is that. And this is so dangerous for real victims who already face enough humiliation in our Society

This too shall pass op, please find a way to tell your parents they'll be disappointed but they would rather have the child alive. As long as there is life there is still lots to be done. You have learnt your lessons now calmly wait and see how things unfold. If the 2 years suspension is upheld don't waste it, learn a skill during that period.

Probably not true but if it is good on her cos if the case were reversed the man would have moved on long ago. Our Society wants widows to stay single their whole life but would be looking up the next woman for a widower before the wife's body even gets cold. Of course she can use her maiden name. She should use the name on her NIN for her international passport, she doesn't have to do a change of name especially for a man she is separated from. She can claim married and just upload the marriage certificate while maintaining her maiden name, having children together doesn't matter.
