I lost my brother early last month and I have been unsettled and paranoid. He visited us a day before and he was healthy and hearty only for us to hear of his death the next day which was on Sunday.

He was admitted in the Hospital, on the bases that he was short of blood. He took 4/5 pants of blood and stayed 1/2 weeks before he was discharged and that only made him live for a month or so.

I want to know more about his death, exactly what happened. His wife is someone who didn't relate well with us (in laws) and she distanced my brother from us, while he objectively did as well.

This wife didn't visit my mum throughout her stay in the hospital for more than 3 months before my mum passed on a year ago. When I visited the hospital where my brother was rushed to being the same place he was admitted, they told me that he must have been bothered about somethings, and that the drugs he was given parts were hypertensive, that he stopped taking the drugs and all those excuses.

I was informed by the nurses that my brother has been suffering from insomnia, he hardly sleeps in nights and if he does, it's just few hours. All these things, the wife didn't tell us anything.

Now, I want to take the fight to her. I need her to tell me exactly what transpired, how did it happen! She's been in 40 days mandatory sit-at-home stuff and I can't wait to sit her ass down and interrogate her.

Should I get her arrested for questioning by the police?

The thing is, how sure are you she has a valid visa. How sure are you she has a job? how sure are you she is not still on students visa working 20 hours a week. How sure are you she doesn't have health challenges.

Let me tell you this true life story that's even happening now. There is this couple, the man pays the rent fees and sometimes bring to replace the children clothes, all this and more and manages to give the woman some money at the end of the month. They re both working. The woman does not of note or record in the house in terms of contribution but goes around telling people that the dies nothing and he is a dead bit and. In all of thus the woman insults the man all the time, her parents will support her, she will most times take the man's money and say abominable things in thier house like the children are not his and how yes she has slept with this and that nd the man shld report to his village people. Wife is pregnant, due to deliver soon so not a good time to start searching for jobs. Also wife is on a 3year contract and she has only spent 18mtgs with the company. They live down south, husband has been doing care but now got a good job along his career but in Scotland. A difference of 7hrs journey!!!

A friend came into the UK about 2 years ago, her family joined her but the husband couldn't get a job in his career line in their location so he was doing care job. Now husband got a good job up in Scotland (they currently live down south), she already knows that their ILR clock will begin again if she switches to her husband's COS. The question is if she continues on her current COS and later gets ILR, will their kids get ILR as well or will they have to wait till their father gets his?

Just wondering if it is compulsory the husband also takes up a COS from the new job since the wife's visa is not a student one I see no reason why they all can't just stay on her's till ILR
