Power back to north is what the pastors are angling for, not for Osibanjo. Of course, Osibanjo shall never succeed Buhari if ever APC wins next election.

If Buhari cannot rule for up to 8 years, Buhari clan must insist on another member of the clan to complete the clan's 8 years in office, despite constitutional provision. And in 2023, becoming president shall have become survival of the fittest.

BUHARI CALLS FOR TOTAL SHARIA ACROSS NIGERIA
allAfrica.com: Nigeria: Buhari Calls for Sharia in All States
By Saxone Akhaine
August 27, 2001
Kaduna — Former Head of State, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari at the weekend, tookstock of Sharia implementation in some northern states and concluded that the Islamic legal system has restored sanity in the affected states.
Buhari, who only recently attracted much criticisms over an alleged statement to the effect that Moslems in the country should vote for only fellow Moslems in future elections, pledged to commit himself tothe full implementation of the law in Nigeria.
He also asserted that even critics, the Federal government inclusiveis satisfied with the level of internal security in Zamfara State, where the legal code is in full swing.
For the Moslems, the ertswhile ruler stated that the introduction of Sharia has united and enabled them to regain what they lost to thecolonialists and other external forces .
To avoid friction with non-Moslems however, Buhari advocated an enlightenment campaign through persuasion to assist them grasp the workings of Sharia.
The former head of state who was the special guest of honour at the first yearly National Convention of the Supreme Council for Sharia inNigeria (SCSN), held at the Arewa House, Kaduna, urged Moslems to be bold in their efforts to ensure that the Islamic jurisprudence is rooted in all the 36 states of the federation.
"For Moslems in Nigeria as I mentioned at other, occasions, at least twice, we were overrun by the colonialists and our way of life was drastically changed... And one of the things we lost for being overrun by the colonialists is for us to be denied the freedom to practice our religion as it is or as it was and as it has always been. But, God in his infinite mercy brought this independence back to us through a democratic system of government."
Buhari further said that "what remains for Moslems in Nigeria is for them to redouble the necessary education," stressing that they should educate Moslems on the need to promote the full implementation of Sharia in the country; " and there is nothing to be afraid of."
"It is a legal responsibility God has given us within the context of one Nigeria to continue to uphold the practice of Sharia Wholeheartedly... and to educate non-Moslems that they have nothing to fear, because the biggest fear of Nigerians are three insecurities that I identified a very long time ago."
Buhari traced the insecurity in the country to the door-step of the Federal Government which he accused of failing to put crime under control.
Said he: "In regard to physical insecurity, the government has failed in this respect to do the two basic and fundamental things for all persons within a state, particularly the protection of life and property."
Though he did not disclose the foreign powers that are frustrating Sharia implementation nationwide, he advised his audience not to relent on the education of their fellow Moslems.
"I believe education is the most difficult one because of the forces outside that are insisting that Moslems in Nigeria should not be allowed to raise their heads, which to me is not the ideal thing."
Buhari continued: "This is the sacrifice the Moslems will have to make and persuade their fellow country men who are non-Moslems to accept. I will continue to show openly and inside me, the total commitment to Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria, God Willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementationof the Sharia in the country".
In his contribution, Niger State Governor Alhaji Abdulkadir Kure stated that the 1999 Constitution gave the various states the opportunity to upgrade their various laws saying that "this has now become history."
"At the beginning, it was objected to vehemently by others. Today, even the Federal Government has conceded to the fact that all what the states have done is within the ambit of the laws."
Kure urged the officials of the council to ensure that the basic objectives of the legal code are achieved all over Nigeria.
The event was attended by the former Minister of Agriculture, Alhaji Sani Zango Daura, Emir of Suleja, Alhaji Awwal Ibrahim, representatives of governments of Kano, Zamfara, Kaduna, Kebbi and Sokoto states.
There were also Islamic scholars from Imo, Enugu, Jigawa, Plateau,Niger, and Borno states.

Therefore they now wrap up their legs, hairs hands; and some even wrap up their face in burqa; close their eyes whle crossing a double lane road, just to obey what men told them about haram and halal.

Some like this suicide bomber girl are told to wrap bombs and kill themselves and their fellow human beings, that Allah will pay them when they get to paradise, and they believe.

Her parents, just like too many Muslims in Nigeria, want the same implementation of extreme sharia codes all over Nigeria.

Boko Haram says that it is fighting for a country where extreme sharia criminal codes are used as law for all.

In 2001, General Buhari called for implementation of extreme sharia criminal codes all over Nigeria. Latter, Boko Haram appeared and says it is fighting for a country governed with extreme sharia criminal codes.

Latter, Buhari said that Boko Haram people are freedom fighters, the same manner he said that late Sani Abacha was not corrupt.

A WORD FOR PROFESSOR YEMI OSINBAJO

A respected Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, a devout and committed Christian and an intellectually-sound, well-bred and well educated Professor of Law accepts to be running mate to a closet fundamentalist, a bloodthirsty, cruel and murderous military dictator and a die-hard believer in the philosophy of ''born to rule''?

http://www.nigerianbulletin.com/threads/fani-kayode-writes-to-osinbajo-–-what-fellowship-is-there-between-light-and-darkness.104727/
But Buhari is not a mere closet fundamentalist; Buhari demonstrates his Islamic fundamentalism in the open.

In 2001, Buhari charged Muslims to ensure that extreme sharia criminal codes be implemented all over Nigeria - not only in the 12 far north states that adopted the codes.

Shortly after that, Boko Haram appeared in Nigeria and has since said it that it is fighting for a country governed with Islamic Sharia criminal codes.

And Buhari had called Boko Haram people freedom fighters.

If by any chance Buhari is given Nigeria to preside over, the Jihad and counter Jihad that must follow must make Boko Haram violence a child's play.

Islamic fundamentalism is written all over the face of great grand father Buhari - as shown here.

Truly, APC is a waste duct of PDP, a duct through which PDP shoots out those now unwanted people that hugely contributed to under-development in Nigeria.

GEJ has contributed more positively to Nigeria's growth than all his predecessors. Only thing is that these religious/ethnic bigots resident in other people's land/country refuse to see Jonathan's good works.

Who is interested in how APC does its things? Osibanjo shall NEVER succeed Buhari if by any miracle Buhari is elected president.

The SW has found an effective system to checkmate born to rule's insatiable drive for being the boss for all in Nigeria.

The system is this: every election year, the SW adopts the most visible of born to rule politicians as presidential candidate, claps for him as he campaigns, but on election day, SW voters ditch him on the polls.

Atiku and Ribadu who had cleaner political slate than Buhari was ditched, talk less Buhari with all the stains in his political record.

In the last decade, Buhari charged Muslims to ensure that extreme sharia laws are adopted by other states outside the 12 sharia states.
Shortly after that, Boko Haram took over to effect Buhari's charge to Muslims.

[b]IMPLICATIONS OF THE ABOVE:

1, It has always been better to have the devil you know than having the angel you do not know. This time, there is hardly any Nigerian and foreigners that closely watch Nigeria who do not know that Buhari is an Islamic extremist.

That in 2001, Buhari charged Muslims to ensure that extreme sharia laws already adopted by 12 northern states be implemented in all over Nigeria. Immediately after that, Boko Haram appeared and has maintained that it is fighting for a country governed with extreme sharia laws.

2, That Nigeria's debt remains low compared to those of the developed world; this signifies that a good economic team is handling Nigeria's economy which became the most lively economy in Africa during the administration of President Jonathan.

3, Nigeria with low debt and more liquid markets stands the chance of increasing borrowing, but Jonathan's government has since resisted excess borrowing, despite financing a war wittingly or unwittingly waged against Nigeria by a group which wants apex political leadership of Nigeria at all costs.

What other way to give pass mark to a credible and focused government like the incumbent govt of Nigeria?

18 Critical Things Former President Obasanjo Said About President Jonathan In His New Book

"In the area of corruption, we have been going back steadily from the inception of Yar’Adua’s administration when the ‘hunter’ became the ‘hunted’," Obasanjo states. "Under Jonathan we seem to have gone from frying pan to fire. If in the past corruption was in the corridors of power, it would seem now to be in the sitting room, dining room and bedroom of power."

In his scathing new autobiography, My Watch, former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo made a series of critical assertions against current President Goodluck Jonathan.

Due to the nature of the content, an ally of President Jonathan attempted to use a court order to block the publication of the book.

President Jonathan also personally contacted the former president to appeal that the book not be published until next year, after the 2015 presidential election. Despite this My Watch launched yesterday, Dec. 9, in Lagos, in the presence of prominent political figures and officials.

Review of the three-volume text by SaharaReporters noted that the elder statesman holds nothing back, characterizing Mr. Jonathan as weak, callous and incapable of managing Nigeria.

He also criticizes the handling of the Boko Haram insurgency crisis, the PDP, and the Governors Forum, among other things. Excerpts from some of the most significant critiques are below.

On President Jonathan's character:
Jonathan is lacking in broad vision, knowledge, confidence, understanding, concentration, capacity, sense of security, courage, moral and ethical principles, character and passion to move the nation forward on a fast trajectory.

Although he might wish to do well, he does not know how nor does he have the capacity to. To compound his problem he has not surrounded himself with aides sufficiently imbued with the qualities and abilities to help him out.

Most of them are greedy hangers-on or hungry lacklustre characters interested only in their mouths and their pockets

President Jonathan can still make amends to save himself, many of his associates in government, his government, and the nation. If, in the end, he fails he will have no one but himself to blame.

He has great opportunities, many of which only come once in a lifetime; and if he misses them it will only be due to his inadequacy, myopia, personal interest and self-aggrandizement, lack of sagacity, wisdom. I hope he can and will avoid having any cause for regret.

The longest period that I have met one-on-one with the president was for one hour and ten minutes. That whole time, the president talked about nothing that was in the interest of Nigeria; instead he kept pointing out his supposed enemies and various matters that would not serve his interests.

I could not stop myself from blurting out: “Mr. President, no Nigerian should be your enemy. You have to rule over all of them whether or not they like you. Please, you have to be like rain falling on good and bad people alike.”

An elder statesman who formed a close relationship with President Jonathan very early in his presidency came to the conclusion, after six months, that the president has not got what it takes to lead.

It was the same elder statesman who reportedly tried to jolt the president into action by telling him that there were five presidents in Nigeria, and these were his wife the first lady, Deziani, Oduah, Ngozi and the president himself, and that he was the weakest of the five.

On corruption:
In the area of corruption, we have been going back steadily from the inception of Yar’Adua’s administration when the ‘hunter’ became the ‘hunted’. But under Jonathan we seem to have gone from frying pan to fire. If in the past corruption was in the corridors of power, it would seem now to be in the sitting room, dining room and bedroom of power.

If what is called ‘corruption’ is stealing, under the watch of Goodluck Jonathan, then government has become legalised and protected robbery.

The presidency had instructed EFCC to remove a vital document in Gbenga Daniel’s file in their custody, to assist getting Gbenga Daniel off the hook. All these cases were reported to the president and were known to him; but because they involve the president’s interests, directly or indirectly, no action has been taken.
With the 2011 elections, heavy financial prices were paid to Lagos and Ondo State opposition political leaders to secure the vote for the president, against the interest of PDP at the state level...

The situation where the president surreptitiously invited Bola Tinubu, lifting him at night by presidential aircraft from Lagos to Abuja to hatch a plan for Bola to support one PDP presidential candidate at the expense of all other PDP candidates for any office in Lagos, can only be described as obscene, unethical, corruption-ridden and a show of bad leadership...W

hatever amount of money was given to Bola Tinubu to procure votes for the 2011 presidential election in Lagos was, to say the least, unnecessary. What made this phenomenon particularly bad was that government had raised the money from government transactions which fuel corruption.

I got a warning that this administration was attempting to induce two of my daughters, including Iyabo, to do a dirty job. I warned them both against it, but because of her character, the influence of her mother and her attitude, Iyabo succumbed; the other daughter did not.

On the Boko Haram insurgency, the insecurity crisis, and #BringBackOurGirls:
I was in Sierra Leone on the day Boko Haram [bombed] the UN building in Abuja. As soon as I returned to Nigeria I called the inspector-general of police to hear his views on the issue. I was not impressed with his explanation.

I also talked to the then national security adviser and his explanation was substantially blank. I went to Jonathan, the president, on the same issue. His reaction, and his view that Boko Haram were ‘a bunch of riffraffs’ left me even colder.

The one incident that overtly and graphically exposed the ineptitude, ineffectiveness, inefficiency, carelessness, cluelessness, callousness, insensitivity and selfishness of Goodluck Jonathan was the abduction of about 276 school girls from Chibok in Borno State by Boko Haram.

The reaction and attitude of our president and his household was non-belief, to the extent that 18 days passed before he grudgingly concede to accept the reality of the abduction. If serious action had been taken within 48 hours, the story could have been different.

I was not surprised that the president went dancing twenty-four hours after the Nyanya explosion that took seventy-five lives. I also found believable the statement allegedly credited to the president after both the Nyanya explosion and the Chibok school girls abduction to the effect that since some people in the North had said that they would make Nigerian ungovernable, they could keep on killing and abducting each other.

If these girls are not released, it will be a big dent on the presidency of Goodluck Jonathan, and a dark blot on Nigeria’s reputation and history; and, for years and indeed decades, Nigeria will continue to live with the agony and memory of the action and inaction of leadership regarding the Chibok school girls.

But what is more, a bad precedent would have been created; Boko Haram has tasted blood and will always want more… Who knows, another group of terrorists might have learned from Boko Haram. This time it is Chibok; next time it could be Ibogun or Otueke.

Vice-President Biden had categorically told Jonathan during the African Summit in Washington in August 2014 that with the state of his governance and the level of the destruction of the military, they would not be able to help Nigeria.

On PDP and party politics:
A political party, and its leadership, that condones corruption and engages discredited people to abuse and insult genuine, authentic and objective critics is a political party on the path of ruin and destruction.

The PDP must be rescued from that path, otherwise it will soon fade into history. Criticism, particularly objective criticism, is an indispensable element of democracy and a democratic dispensation.

PDP would need to be brought back to being a well-led, disciplined and respected, harmonious party that can easily win elections, rule and govern, and not one sacrificing the party’s interest for personal gain, setting governors of the party against each other, supporting candidates of other parties against candidates of the party as it happened in Lagos, Edo and Ondo States, and harassing credible leaders of the party and seeking to replace them with criminals and dubious characters in order to further presidential interests.

On the Nigerian Governors Forum election crisis:
Two governors from the [PDP] - Liyel Imoke of Cross River and Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta States - and Godswill Akpabio from Akwa Ibom State by himself, came to me in Abuja, appealing to me to intervene in the situation of the Governors’ Forum, particularly in the disagreement within the PDP governors.

Akpabio said starkly in his frank and outspoken manner: “We have messed up and don’t leave us alone. For me, I don’t want to go to jail and my children are too young. I will report our meeting to the President.” Nobody, including President Jonathan, would like to go to jail, and he knew he could, depending on how things turned out or failed to shape from then on.

I have always seen the Governors’ Forum as a type of trade union as they behave that way most of the time. [Jonathan] told the story of how Obong Atta was relieved of his position as chairman and Lucky Igbinedion was enthroned by less than fifty percent of the governors, and of how Bukola Saraki manoeuvred the Forum to serve his presidential ambition
In the last two years, OBJ wanted to personally choose and impose a new PDP presidential candidate for 2015, the same manner he imposed Yar'Adua and GEJ on Nigeria in 2007; but the officials of PDP refused OBJ that.
Since then, OBJ turned to opposition against PDP with focus against President Jonathan.

OBJ's "My Watch" is a book meant and timed as a campaign material for the benefit of the opposition APC.

If not for the ridicule it shall bring him as a former president who abandoned his party for the opposition party, OBJ would have since joined APC when it dawned on him this time that he could no longer afford to select and impose a presidential candidate on PDP.

WHO TAKES WHAT IS WRITTEN IN OBJ'S "MY WATCH" SERIOUS, EXCEPT APC PEOPLE?

And lately, as Jonah talked about declaring full war against Boko, Buhari countered that Jonah was declaring war against Nigeria. You must have believed that most of Nigeria's voters are fools.
kjhova:
What is going on from the PDP & TAN clan is increased tempo of a base propaganda to continue to use half truths & outright lies to tarnish the personality of #GMB.

#GMB never once threatened to make the country "ungovernable for #GEJ". Those who spread this lie know he didn't say so but they count on your probable stupidity & gullibility to sell such dummy. A lie told by so many for so long becomes truth!

Also, #GMB's preference for sharia above the "judeo-british" legal code within the muslim community is a normal opinion for any muslim. There are millions of muslims in the PDP e.g. Sambo (Vice-President) & all the ministers, governors etc who prefer sharia too. Does that make these individuals terrorists or anti-Nigerians? Have states like Kebbi or Zamfara where sharia is practised persecuted or killed non-muslims? The answer to all these is no! BTW, #GMB never said he wants sharia for the entire federation.

The quote from the very deliberately vile FFK about #GMB ordering muslims never to vote for a christian in 2001 is also very revising of the truth. The general only advised the muslim community who long for access to sharia to vote more of their own people to government who can understand their desires & better agitate for them. This is not so far from the type of campaign the black caucus canvasses in inner-city America for votes for more black representatives in government.

Is #GMB a "sponsor" of BH? Whatever answer you give this question, our C-in-C #GEJ remains indicted! If the answer is yes, then Jonathan has failed for not arresting such sponsors & ending terror. If the answer is no, Jonathan fails even more for the lies he & his govt has been spreading against a renowned patriot.

Of the "dogs & baboons will be soaked in blood" metaphor of 2011, we may not be able to say any further as the matter has been "propagandasized" into monstrous levels by our Federal Govt. In an address to CPC members, #GMB metaphorised in Hausa saying; "Kare Jini, Biri Jini" literally meaning "bloodied dog, bloodied baboon" but idiomatically meaning "keenly contested"! Every Hausa speaker knows that this statement is harmless, the Feds know it too but they choose to create propaganda about it on the hope that you are gullible enough to swallow this.

There is similar idiom in Yoruba language e.g. for a huge party or festival, it may be said that "aiye gbo, orun gba". Literally "the whole Earth heard & even Heaven was aware of it" but idiomatically meaning "it was a great festivity".

Be not deceived, more flacks will be heaved at #GMB from the camp of TAN, GEJ & PDP. Most of these will be reharsh of the same old baseless accusations. But we are confident that for Nigeria to move forward, truth will prevail over propaganda in 2015.

Stealing is different from corruption. See dictionary. U do not know the differences btw the two words becos you must have attended night school in the creeks. Jonah provided day school for almajiris, Buhari never provided day scho for troubled creek children displaced by environmental pollution.

BUHARI MUST ANSWER THIS: WHY HE BELIEVES THAT EXTREME SHARIA LAWS MUST BE IMPLEMENTED IN ALL OF NIGERIA

allAfrica.com: Nigeria: Buhari Calls for Sharia in All States
By Saxone Akhaine
Kaduna — Former Head of State, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari at the weekend, tookstock of Sharia implementation in some northern states and concluded that the Islamic legal system has restored sanity in the affected states.

Buhari, who only recently attracted much criticisms over an alleged statement to the effect that Moslems in the country should vote foronly fellow Moslems in future elections, pledged to commit himself tothe full implementation of the law in Nigeria.

He also asserted that even critics, the Federal government inclusiveis satisfied with the level of internal security in Zamfara State, where the legal code is in full swing.

For the Moslems, the ertswhile ruler stated that the introduction ofSharia has united and enabled them to regain what they lost to thecolonialists and other external forces .

To avoid friction with non-Moslems however, Buhari advocated anenlightenment campaign through persuasion to assist them grasp theworkings of Sharia.

"For Moslems in Nigeria as I mentioned at other, occasions, at leasttwice, we were overrun by the colonialists and our way of life was drastically changed... And one of the things we lost for being overrun by the colonialists is for us to be denied the freedom to practice our religion as it is or as it was and as it has alwaysb een. But, God in his infinite mercy brought this independence back to us through a democratic system of government."

Buhari further said that "what remains for Moslems in Nigeria is forthem to redouble the necessary education," stressing that they shouldeducate Moslems on the need to promote the full implementation ofSharia in the country; "and there is nothing to be afraid of."

"It is a legal responsibility God has given us within the context of one Nigeria to continue to uphold the practice of Sharia wholeheartedly... and to educate non-Moslems that they have nothing to fear, because the biggest fear of Nigerians are three insecurities that I identified a very long time ago."

Buhari traced the insecurity in the country to the door-step of the Federal Government which he accused of failing to put crime undercontrol.

Said he: "In regard to physical insecurity, the government has failedin this respect to do the two basic and fundamental things for allpersons within a state, particularly the protection of life andproperty."

Though he did not disclose the foreign powers that are frustratingSharia implementation nationwide, he advised his audience not torelent on the education of their fellow Moslems.

"I believe education is the most difficult one because of the forces outside that are insisting that Moslems in Nigeria should not beallowed to raise their heads, which to me is not the ideal thing."

Buhari continued: "This is the sacrifice the Moslems will have to make and persuade their fellow country men who are non-Moslems to accept. I will continue to show openly and inside me, the total commitment to Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria, Godwilling, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country".

In his contribution, Niger State Governor Alhaji Abdulkadir Kurestated that the 1999 Constitution gave the various states theopportunity to upgrade their various laws saying that "this has now become history."

"At the beginning, it was objected to vehemently by others. Today, even the Federal Government has conceded to the fact that all whatthe states have done is within the ambit of the laws."

Kure urged the officials of the council to ensure that the basicobjectives of the legal code are achieved all over Nigeria.

The event was attended by the former Minister of Agriculture, AlhajiSani Zango Daura, Emir of Suleja, Alhaji Awwal Ibrahim, representatives of governments of Kano, Zamfara, Kaduna, Kebbi and Sokoto states.

As Buhari insisted that extreme sharia laws must be implemented in all of Nigeria - a country of multi-religious faiths - and after that, Boko Haram took over the Jihad to implement extreme sharia laws in Nigeria, where does Buhari fit in to lead Nigeria?

These are cannons and not warships.
This is what a warships looks like.
Tomplo has contract from federal govt to police the creeks against pirates. But he is not from the right area of Nigeria according to ethnic/religious bigots. He buys gunboats to do the job. The opposition says Tompolo has bought warships. The lies are to further make Jonathan undesirable by Nigerians.

Oby Ezekwesili is a day dreamer. She begs to be employed Buhari's VP; and this is in a Nigeria where the Buharis would rather want a woman to stay indoors under Purdah inside a harem.

Buhari publicly canvassed for use of sharia extreme laws in Nigeria. Do sharia laws accept that women can preside over men? No.

PDP pays no body to speak well on its favour. The devil you know is better than the angel pretending to come to rescue you but has an inner intention to cause more harm to you. Buhari openly canvassed for implementation of sharia all over Nigeria, so how can Buhari be a president of a mixed faith Nigeria without causing more bloodshed through Jihad? .
