Do Afghans or Pakistanis or Iraqis ask for their president's head or removal any time religious extremists throw bombs?

Then VP Goodluck Jonathan had to go into the inner creeks of the Nigerdelta to negotiate peace with the Nigerdelta militants. That temporarily ended the problem in the Nigerdelta.

In the case of Boko Haram, those who are supposed to go in to negotiate are rather struggling to oust Jonathan from office.

Those who are supposed to go in to negotiate are rather blackmailing Nigeria's electorate to vote them to power by telling the electorate after every Boko Haram attack that Jonathan is incapable of defeating Boko Haram..

12 northern states adopted use of sharia criminal codes, eg, cutting off hands of thieves, stoning adulterous women, etc.

Shortly after that, Boko Haram emerged and clearly states that it is fighting for a country governed with sharia criminal codes.

Nigerians are to blame. Why? For not yet seeing the necessity in granting the 12 northern sharia states a new country they indirectly requested when they adopted sharia criminal codes.

Boko Haram says it is fighting for a country to be administered with the same sharia criminal codes adopted by 12 northern states.

Who do you think you are deceiving here? Your Ijaw and Itshekiri or Tiv and Jukun, or other inter tribal rivalries elsewhere serve no excuse for continuing with One Nigeria where a group is dragging others to the stone age.

Only solution to end Boko Haram is grant the 12 northern states a separate country from Nigeria. Gideon Okar tried it when it was premature.

Look, OBJ JUST REHEARSED THE TYPICAL CORRUPTION PATTERN DURING HIS ADMINISTRATION. I an not saying there is no corruption at all today, but OBJ exagerated. He lost the fight to appoint another PDP presidential candidate for 2015 elections, the younger hawks in PDP stopped him long ago, and he is now branding them thieves.

For years, Obasanjo was both president and oil minister at the same time between 1999 and 2007. Oil revenues were not accounted to Nigerians. At the end, US $16 Billion dollars were lost under OBJ in the power sector alone. Now that ObJ lost the fight to appoint a new president to replace Jonathan in 2015, OBJ is demonising the people in political office.

THE unitary govt system in Nigeria furnishes us with the low calibre political office holders that give us substandard infrastructures, including the airports. But you ever dodge to talk about returning a suitable political system like true federalism/regional govt system whch shall spring up better leaders to give Nigeria the infrastrutures of international standards. You place all your hopes on Oyel money to build and maintan good "federal" infrastructures in a Nigeria where leaders are corrupted by the unitary system of govt. You must then continue to lament about Nigeria, its bad leadership and substandard infrastructures, till thy kingdom come, not withstanding who you place in Aso Rock by the time you succeed in brainwashing the uninformed majority to vote the existing govt out. The present govt, more than others before it, has even made better efforts on infrastructural develooment of Nigeria. As usual, an insane person first calls people mad. You never contested my claim that regional govts build and maintain better infrastructures. Did Washington DC build JFK, or Dakota airports among others? Do you even understand that Nigeria is only federal republic in name, that Nigeria practices a worst form of unitary govt in place of federal system? Face reality, accros a wide Nigeria, your Federal govt of Nigeria comprising a few persons in charge in Abuja, can never build and maintain the type of infrastructures you expect, even if Oyel money tripples. But love for Oyel money will never allow your lot to vote for Fiscal federalism and regional govt system returned to Nigeria. Fiscal federalism with regional govt system is only system of govt that can enable the building of glittering infrastructures like the ones you show from other countries. So long as Oyel money gets Nigeria stuck with unitary govt system, yo have to continue to bring us pix from other functional countries for comparison with Nigeria's whose people refruse to embrace a suitable political system.

But here, some Nigerians clutch tightly to unitary govt system where Abuja has to collect revenues (mainly oyel money only) to build and maintain infrastructure all over Nigeria, then share the rest to states. Did Washington DC, US seat of power, build and maintain JFK airport and other beautiful airports in the US?

Hands off unitary govt in Nigeria, embrace regional govts, let the regions build their airports and other facilities to their taste, internal competition to build the best shall then follow.

But you guys will never allow regionalism and fiscal federalism, because of huge taste for Oyel money, instead, brainwash some gullible Nigerians to get apex political power using ever tactic in the book.

How many of these APC-SHITS insulting people here pay taxes? In those countries with better airport and other infrastructures, citizens pay taxes. In Naija, only Oyel money is expected to build infrastructures. Worse, Oyel money is also being used to fight terrorism which these APC-SHITS are politically porofiting from. The huge amount of money Naija has been using to fight terrorism could have been deployed to improve Naija's infrastructures.
