Here, in Niger state. Normal vd in a private is around 60/70 depending on the hospital while cs is 100k for single foetus and 120k for twins.

General hospital normal delivery is 15k thereabout while cs is 30 to 35k.

B.S Continue.

On a Thursday I went for anc...and a repeated test was carryout, again baby still breech so I was admitted the next day in preparation for CS on Monday. Several test was carryout at the lab and one showed that my potassium was low, in order to correct it I was placed on iv and other medication throughout Saturday and Sunday. Repeated test show I was good to go then Monday morning by 8 O'Clock I was scheduled for surgery... When they came for me I was so tensed I started crying but immediately I got to the theatre I prayed n ask that the will of God be done. As doctors entered I was injected in my spinal cord I became paralysed .na so doctors start to they use me the do practical. I could hear d senior Dr saying this is the first layer bla bla bla.. I did not feel any pain at all till they finished the whole process and prince charming came wee weeing...I think the whole process was about 45minutes.

Now to reason why I choose not to delay my B.S so DAT it can be a lesson to all the waddling mums..2 days after the birth of my son he was taken for immunisation, when they got to the place it was discovered that my son has jaundice so they rushed him to dere children emergency unit and when they took his blood for SB test the level was so high,I think the normal range is 0.0-20.5 but my son's result was reading 23.5 so they had to bleed him that is transfuse emergency blood for him, to reduce his SB level. I was told that phototherapy would not work for him at that time...like play like play my son stayed 4 days on admission because we did not discover the jaundice earlier.. Pls learn from this everyone.. B.S dropped MUMIBEJI take note..pls don't mind my mistake I just manage to type this..

B.S Part 2

After taking the drugs and 3 month later nothing happened we contacted a gynaecologist who requested that we carryout some test..SFA For DH and HSG for me, result came out n we were both fine. This actually increased our frustration. So the gynist kept calculating my ovulation for me every month until one day we became tired and resolved to just keep praying and trust in the lord. Finally after 2 years and 2month of marriage we got our BFP the month we did not even see it coming.

First trimester started with serious MS so DH did almost everything for me throughout the pregnancy I guess he was trying to protect the baby and me inside his rubber mine . Second trimester was indeed the honeymoon phase for me everything was smooth. Third trimester came with some little challenges as I fainted in 2 different occasions. The first one I was told was due to low sugar and malaria. Fast forward to 30weeks when the scan showed that baby was breech, I was assured that dere is still time and the baby could turn b4 delivery but another 36 weeks scan still show that baby is still breech so the Dr started preparing my mind for the possibility of a C-section if a repeated scan show the same thing. The reason the doctor gave was that I am a ftm and as such they were not ready to risk VD because the baby's head can get stock and the baby could die.so he advised an elective C-s be carryout for me @ 38 weeks.

B.S Part one
We got married in December 2018 with full confidence that it will not take long b4 we achieve pregnancy but to my greatest dismay 1 year passed and noting happen so we started getting worried and decided to seek medical assistance. The first doctor we saw was a consultant, he asked us questions about our sex life and we gave him answers but he was not satisfied with the number of times we BD in a week so he referred to us as lazy couples and prescribed revival for DH and clomid for me..

This pregnancy came when I least expected as have been trying for a while, after which Ms started, it wasn't easy but before the 4th month I was good.
I went for scan last Wednesday, was told I was 34weeks5days instead of 37weeks and baby's weight 2. 6kg, it didn't even bother me cos I wanted to birth him at the last week of July and besides needed to put somethings in order.
LO continued with braxton hicks, turning and kicking. On Saturday, I rested all through till night when I cooked just a little stew then slept. Then the braxton hicks continued and intense that I do shout, at about 3am I woke up cos I felt water coming out, I was scared sha like is this labour or what and I started searching Google and praying that it shouldn't be labour as I still have things I want to do jor and besides baby is just weighing 2.6kg.
My people the water kept coming out but not gushing and I started feeling contractions, so I told DH and he asked if we should start heading to the hospital but I said No that when it's about 8am we will go just to check if the water is the amniotic fluid or something else as I still had faith that I wasn't in labour.
I got up at about 6am, washed clothes and then took my bath, this was amidst pains that I felt was normal and didn't want to believe they were contractions. I kept on like that till about 10am, then I told DH to put my bag in the car, he was like is it not to check, are you in labour already. I just said Oga put my bag for booth jor which he did and so we left as the hospital is quiet far from the house. If you are in Lagos, you will know Okota is not a stone throw to Surulere.

Good morning Able Mama's, I went for Anatomy scan on Monday doctor said everything is fine. But the scan shows am 21 weeks 5days and Edd is now 3rd Nov. While LMP is saying am 20weeks 3days and edd is 13th Nov. Which one sud I stick to?cos am in doubt right now.

Glory be to God MS has drastically reduced and am gradually returning back to my old self but the appetite to eat at little intervals no be here.. I wish us all smooth ride all the through the journey.. Cappo nice work

Good morning sabi mamas, please I want to know if baby dancing during pregnancy have any positive or negative effect on the well being of LO and myself. Am a ftm so don't mind my asking, I just want to be sure that am doing the right thing.

You can start your ANC from 12 weeks if your pregnancy history is okay, but start taking your pre-natal drugs immediately you find out you are pregnant, then for the sex from 18 to 20 weeks I think.

Hi Mama's, I am new to this forum but I have read through some of the previous pages. After about 2 years of TTC it has finally happened...My EDD is in November as am about 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have alot of questions and worries I hop I can get answers to...
