Unfortunately i am no longer in the race. Scan done some weeks ago indicated no fetal pole but with gestational sac and subsequent scan weeks after diagnosed molar pregnancy. A suction curettage was done immediately after the confirmed scan diagnosis, the placenta and fetal tissues removed were sent for histology and analysis to confirm the diagnosis. Results from the histology indeed confirms its molar pregnancy luckily for me it's a partial molar pregnancy (2 sperms fertilizing an egg).

I am sure some may know a thing or two on the rigours and risks associated with molar pregnancy, so as expected i have been advised not to get pregnant for atleast 6 month.

Well i took the whole experience in good fate, at the moment i am primarily focused on my baby girl(she is 8 months old) while also working from home etc. I will Start trying again in January. I believe strongly by God's grace i will be part of team November 2021.

I have some pressing questions, please.

1. Are there any guidelines for hiring on this section? I'm about to contract someone and I'm trying to be very careful.

2. I'm looking for sample pictures of front and back doors. The ones I've been seeing are shiny/glistening. I don't really dig those.
The front door will be temporary, we intend to change it when the project is completed. But back door, permanent.

3. What makes a functional, beautiful , modern/contemporary kitchen? I've been asked what I want but can't really put my thoughts together. What are the basics, please? I would appreciate pictures too.

If l saw your advert when l finished my house (six flats, Masonia HDF full kitchens with extensive Cupboards and lockers), l would have given it to you and your hubby but God willing, it wont be my last House.

Now, let me give you a secret. Most people here dont like to meet any seller until they are ready to patronise, even more important is that they dont like to call or chat suppliers/sellers because some of them are even outside this country and wont connect you to their Whatsapp or number.
I am talking from experience and if you doubt, l will suggest you go to that thread l listed at the bottom of this post, Read as much as you can, over there.
The thing you will observe very quickly is that the people who sell/supply the most are those who have organised their product and come up with a fair price to it..and PASTED IT ON THEIR PRODUCTS You will see pricing for almost anything connected to Building a house there.

I noticed that about two people have asked you for prices and you are asking them to connect to WhatsApp and speak with your husband!
You think those people have not seen your number or read that it has a WhatsApp? They do but they are trying to get immediate information and make an immediate decision, based ON PRICE.
75% or more of people who get such answers, wont bother anymore because there are alternatives that will give prices on their products, in the same field as yours.
A lot of people dont put their price on the product they are advertising, thinking what? I am not sure, maybe they think they can make more money if buyers dont know their price. Just maybe.

But online buyers appreciate "open sellers", especially when it comes to pricing and dont forget, l can give you a link to two other people doing Furnitures, like your husband. One of them supplied my furnitures and two of my tenants, based on my recommendation.
The thing he did was that for every product he advertises, he puts the price.
It does not change anything, if you agree and see value in it, you will contact him and arrange delivery. Its as simple as that.
Imagine if Jumia did not include prices and say buyers should contact the Sellers first, by WhatsApp?

If you dont beleive me, put price on some of your products (after doing your proper cost analysis, just a few things) as see if it generates more interest and sales, or not.
The reason l have gone to this length to explain to you is that l feel obligated to assist any woman that stands by her husband, the way you are doing. That is something we men appreciate.

Cappo this is notify you that I have left the race. At around 10.34am today baby Lotanna went to meet the lord and I know I have an angel watching over me.

Woke up to serious contractions around 12.30am and when I went to use the loo, I felt my water gush and bleeding following subsequently. We left to the hospital immediately and after a lot of delay, an injection was given to stop the bleeding. By 9.00am when fetal doppler and also ultrasound machine were used to check baby's vitality, doctor realized he was dead and I was induced.

I birthed him less than 30 minutes after while I was in the toilet poling and held my baby for few minutes. Placenta took 3 hours plus before it was finally delivered. Devil thought he would win but as usual he is always the failure.

This is like a shock to me as we just saw baby less than 20 hours ago in an ultrasound when we went to check for gender and he was waving at us and kicking his legs.

Please pray for me mamas that I would come soon and that my journey won't be cut short again. This is me having two losses in less than a year but in God I give the praise.
