You can go to Katangora (Super) it's a cloth market after Ile Epo or before Abulegba if you are familiar with that area. Their market days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Birth Story
I promised not to carry this over to the new year so let me share it now.

I got pregnant at a time we weren't expecting any baby cos we felt we were not ready but God had a better plan. Through out pregnancy I was strong except for occasional tiredness and some other minor issues to the glory of God. By November I was already counting days and seriously looking forward to December. First week of December nothing came forth. Then on 12th my friend told me her husband said j was going to deliver 14th which was his birthday then another friend mentioned that date again so I started looking forward to the day.
On Friday the 13th during the Holy Ghost night I danced like my life depended on it. Around 1am after Daddy G.O's prayer, the first contractions came I thought it was like before that will come and not come back till after some hours then after 15mins it came back again and I knew this was the real deal. Around 3am I woke my husband and told him he said ok and went back to sleep. He told me later that he was thinking it will be like the first that took 18 hours that's what I thought too. All this while I was sleeping in between by 5am I stood up to clean the house I was in the middle of washing plates when I went to wake my husband to bath himself and our son so we can head to the hospital he didn't answer me by now I was 10 minutes apart I entered bathroom to bath by the time I got to my middle part I could not continue again I poured water on my body and came out. DH was awake by now. Oya let's start going he said he wants to bath seriously I felt like slapping him that's how he entered bathroom sat in toilet seat and was pressing phone after spending like 15mins he came out and dressed up then I asked if he wanted me to deliver in the car he said that can't be possible. Ok let's go. On getting outside our neighbor's car was blocking ours I told him I can't wait for this I will trek to the street junction let him pick me up there. While trekking at every contraction I will hug an electric pole, thank God I wasn't electrocuted by now contractions were coming back to back some minutes into the journey I felt like something burst from under me and water gushed out, I then held my husband's neck and told him he wasn't driving fast he replied if he drives faster than this then something else may happen. I was just there doing drama I raised my clothes and removed my pants put my legs on the window and was screaming and my son was there watching me. Earlier I had told DH to lock the door cos I might be tempted to open. All of a sudden I felt the urge to push I told DH and shouted no I should not and I told him I will. Then we started exchanging I will push don't push. That one no concern me I sha pushed and i felt something hard come out of me. I asked DH if it was my internal organs or baby's head he said he doesn't know we were on the express then. Then the whole head came out next thing the body slipped out of me I looked up and I saw we were at the hospital gate. Thank God finally we are here. The nurses we met on duty were angels they attended to me very well. When it was time to suture the nurse took her time to explain that my first episiotomy wasn't stitched well so it tore again and I have so much tears but she will take her time to suture she gave me more than five injections to numb it and was always reminding me to tell her if I feel pains. We were discharged some hours later. And that's how I delivered a 3.9kg baby with God and angels as my doctor and nurses.
I return all glory to the Almighty God who took charge of everything.

Firstly I return all the glory to king of kings, I am that is I am, accient of day............................ All in all.
My Dr has prepared my mind for elective cs due to my history of delay and age. But he said I should be coming for check up weekly.
Na so I drove myself to hospital for normal anti-natal clinic only for the Dr to say madam we are bringing the baby out within the next hours. I thought it was a joke, that was how I called DH to join me at the hospital immediately. I was already on admission with Drs monitoring my BP every minute, telling me I have to be stable before taking me to theater but instead of my BP to come down it was going up. Dh signed the consent form immediately he arrived and paid, we were told they will need to prepare incubator for the baby, we agreed to everything. All I want is my baby and me to be alive.
I was wheeled into theater 6:15pm, I was injected at the spine at exactly 6:45pm my baby was brought out crying out loud but so small weighting 2.0kg, so the pediatrician that took the baby certified him ok without incubator.
I had 4 Drs on me alone just to make sure all was OK. My BP was monitored throughout the surgery.
It is a wonderful experience that I can't describe. Seeing my baby gives me more strength.
That is how God wipe away my tears of 12 years waiting.
I am now a proud mother of a bouncing baby boy
The devil tried to raise his ugly head but God knocked him down and said this he come to stay.
I use myself as a point of contact for those looking for the fruit of the womb that the lord will visit you and grant your heart desires.

My January teamies I'm still with you, I pray it end in testimony for everyone ijn. Mother and baby alive and daddy rejoicing will be our testimony.

I have bn feeling pain when urinating since yesterday, I had to even pause and continue urinating due to the pain.

Went to the hospital today to complain and the Oby gave me Augmentin 500mg for 7days and told me to do a urine test ( result will be out on Wednesday). She is guessing UTI

Doc said it's safe but I just want to reconfirm from mamas if anybody has taken this in pregnancy before.

I am unable to sleep this night,I am experiencing serious cramps like the cramps associated with period but no spotting or bleeding thankfully,I was told that at my stage of pregnancy that the uterus is expanding to accommodate the growing fetus but I didn't thinks it will be this painful both in my abdomen,vagina and anus.I had to take paracetamol for the first time since I got pregnant,still I wasn't really relieved.Please if anyone experienced this stage,kindly enlighten me cause this pain is something else

Hi Mama. Do you have fibroid? .. I experienced same pain on Thursday evening, could not sleep through out the night. Went to the hospital yesterday and doc said the Pain was caused by the fibroid. I was given paracetamol injection (made me very Dizzy and threw up) but felt better and slept better. I will suggest you go to the hospital to rule out anything.

If you are constantly staring into your phone or monitor or tv. Please switch off and close the windows shutting off sunlight during the day and take a nap. Aside some medical condition that could cause the headache most times it's light strain on the eyes that causes it.


Check with your doctor should it persist and stay hydrated.

I am in the market research Industry where I work round the clock. Write reports even on Sundays and handle fieldwork in and outside the country. Does that stop me from paying 100% attention to my husband? No, does it stop me from serving him dinner? No, and will it stop me from attending to my kids when they start coming? Capital No. Do I support my husband financially? You know the answer.

Remember it's not about what you want alone, does she enjoy teaching? What is her passion, dreams, etc.. this is where sacrifice and understanding comes in. Who says the bringing up of the child(ren) should be left to the mother alone in this century?

All the best ma'am but my experience with EKO Hospital was bad. I can't even tell my enemy to visit the hospital. The nurses ehhhhh and the doctors are not really experience. They employ young doctors. I regretted using the hospital

My ovaries was okay before my fibroids operation but after the operation I was told that they cut off my left ovary without good reasons. In fact, my husband was outside the theatre throughout the operation and no one inform him that they want to cut off my left ovary. I requested for the ovary that was cut off for me to be see the ovary but they could not produce my ovary but after conducting scan on my own. It was discovered that the information that was passed to me that my ovary was cut off was real.

Thanks sis. I have heard of Eko and their stories. I don't plan to use them, I am using the general hospital. I just registered there due to proximity and since my HMO will be paying.

I finally registered in ANC today in Eko hospital (HMO) when the nurse said go to ANC, I mumu asked what does it mean, as per Ftm. Lol) I also plan to register in Ifako Ijaye general hospital next week.

Also did another scan, seeing my baby throw hands already and hearing his heart beat was a priceless moment.

My small worry, the multiple fibroid is also growing alongside and the Doc said I just need to rest and report any pain I feel immediately.

Thank you mamas for solving I and boos bed issues, lol, we are fine now and Doc said I can give him his food *winks

I had inevitable miscarriage at 27 weeks due to cervical incompetence on Wednesday ... I gave birth birth to a baby girl weighing less than 1kg, 0.83kg to be precised... it was very painful they couldn't saved her until she gave up on sunday... I am very sad right now .... couldn't face the world ... is like I am a loser... I am alone brooding.... Pls I need your words of encouragement now... I know I need to let my body heal before trying again but is like I am letting my man down and he is not getting any young... pls if there is anything I can do to heal myself and things to take with the healing

Its not easy at all. The marriage is still fresh. I always spot and later bleed when I was pregnant with my daughter. So, I went to my doctor and discovered I had placenta previa. My placenta was lying comfortably on my cervix. We were told not to have sex till the 7th month of pregnancy. I was checked at the 7th month and luckily the placenta has moved as my uterus was growing. If I had continued bleeding, my placenta wouldn't have had enough oxygen and nutrients for the baby.
I really wish you can convince him to start antenatal or see a doctor to know why you bleeding. It might not be placenta previa Buh dont ignore anything.
About the sex issue, you can consider oral to satisfy him. You two are in this together. With time, he will learn to be very considerate.

Yes its not a regular advice but it does 2 things. One helps him find relief and 2 makes it an activity 2 of you partake in so that its not like he is masturbating on his own. Try and also consider giving him a hand job. The intimacy of the process could also be a stress reliever for you

Please regiter for antenatal. You don't need his permission to do so. On this I advice you stand your ground.

You feel for him but those he feel for you? Anyways the low libido is normal for some in early pregnancy and can be improved with watermelon and evaporated milk solution, the bleeding is also common due to rupture of tiny blood vessels ( harmless as long as the blood flow isn't much and stops quickly). Let him know he needs to be patient with you and also put the baby into consideration. Also tell him to go slow and not rush you plus give you lots of pre-intimacy to set you in the mood and get you really wet to avoid too much friction. Your marriage is very young and I understand your husband's mindset on sex as a newly wed man. Try my recipe above and hopefully things will go smoothly from then on

I just had another small quarrel with hubby over my sudden low sex drive.

I am in week 11 and recently, I am too irritated to even allow sex, ' unfortunately' for me, boo still feels like during it almost everyday

On Saturday, we had sex, and I noticed bleeding ( not the first time, but this was very pronounced), pinkish intially and brownish later. I told him I need to start antenatal to be sure that it's ok to continue but he does not want to hear any of it.

This evening, ( I came home early from work was having serious side headache)he initiated it again and with all my body language he knew I was not in the mood. Right now he is angry and I actually feel for him. I have tried to read materials online to him but he obviously feels deprived.

How do I handle this house?.. We are just 6 months into marriage

Please take her to a teaching hospital and run all necessary tests.

I had tuberculosis in 2015 and I know coughing out blood is one of the symptom.

Please follow your doctor's advise carefully. In most cases especially with small fibroids, they are discovered in prenatal scans. Mine was as well and I never had abnormal periods. Your doctor will monitor and manage and all will be well

Good day Mama, I did my last scan when I was 10 wks and the scan result was: fibroid mass in the anterior wall measuring 2.9 X 2.6. I showed them doctors they said I had nothing to worry about. That it was small and was not of any harm to my baby.

Take your scan result and show it to your doctor at your antenatal they will tell you what they can do.
All in all just keep praying and declaring that fibroid will not take the place of your baby.

Good morning mamas.. did my first scan today (8 weeks gone) and everything is fine with my baby. But they discovered 8 multiple fibroids, the biggest reading 3.9cm in size. Conclusion reading early intrauterine cyesis with coexisting uterine fibroids

I have never had abnormal periods so wondering if this is a result of too much hormones.

Anybody with same experience? And in the interim, what should I do before my antenatal starts.
