I filled the application online made payment and I was generated 11/ June 2020 for interview I had to travel to london for my interview at the nigerian high commission on getting there they were not opened shut cos of corona .my question why do the receive payment and giving people appointment date when they know they will not be opening ? Am in the state and I have been trying to reach out to the embassy before the pandemic no response. I even try a Nigerian group here that help facilitate the coming of the embassy officials on passport renewal nothing comes out of it,am just thinking maybe I will need to travel down to naija in December 2020 for renewal and other stuff

See fam, interact with immigrant Nigerians in USA and others in Canada who came back Nigeria, married a wife and brought her for her first time to western nations, they'll tell you same things I did.

I didn't take the statistics by myself but it is perceived that just less than %10 of them don't abandon the " traditional values" at one point in the marriage to go "western style" when they arrive.
