PoliticsWhat If Wole Soyinka Is The New Minister For Education? by Hardeysolution(op): 11:45pm On May 29, 2015
I learnt few days after the completion of the collation of the results of the election that Wole Soyinka might emerge the new minister for education. What if it is like that, would there be that desired change in the educational sector?
Nairaland GeneralWoe To Early Critics Of Buhari's Government! by Hardeysolution(op): 11:30pm On May 29, 2015
To those who have allied themselves so tight with the GEJ's administration and are sure to lose out in PMB's administration..therefore giving unconstructive and unreasonable criticisms.. Woe to y'all.
I was going through the news and saw one 'stupid' lawyer criticizing Buhari's speech, what significance will that make? Will that make us live right from now?
On Nairaland, one 'political analyst' said Moving the command centre is a mistake of Buhari, then the question is, moving or no moving, what is the difference? Will that say Abuja should fall or the democratic process should fail? This is just to really battle with Boko Haram.
Imagine the raw material at Borno state and having the head quarter at Abuja, it looks senseless..! Their main work is in Borno, North-East, let them settle there and work. The man didnt say permanently... Therefore, indirectly saying, the top officials should go and monitor the situation rather than staying back @ Abuja doing nothing meaningful..
Nigerians please wise up and support

To early Igbos and GEJ loyalists to start looking for faults of the President... Not up to 24 hours! Ahba!

A political analayst or an unconstructive critic? United States of America, what's the Capital? New York...-Economic and Washington-Administrative.. If Some National Properties werent relocated from Lagos to Abuja, tell me why H/Qs can't move from anywhere to anywhere.

General's decision was just to make sure that the military takes pre-eminent control of Borno and subdue the Boko Haram as soon as possible... I want to see how the Chief of Army staff will be in Borno and watch Borno attacked or even if Boko Haram can dare attack the military base...! Excuse me! He was a general and knws what he is speaking about!
PoliticsInjustice: Who Was That Being Who Banned Me? by Hardeysolution(op): 11:08pm On May 29, 2015
Left to me, i was banned unjustly by a moderator i don't know. Without issuing a warning, i was banned. Without justifiable reasons, i was banned, stopped from congratulating General on Nairaland. Will you tell me the moderators are people i know? Who are they? Nairaland, i would say is a site of tribalists!
I could say because i said something that was misunderstood by the Nairalanders caused me to be banned by some moderator getting the thread even closed... What a funny world? Is that what we call social media? Even if you type in jargons, i guess it should be welcomed.. Jux for the sake of maintaining sanity, abuse some pple's rights and meanwhile, pat some pple at the back? I have learnt and read about this happening to someone on Nairaland before, now i feel it!

Another name for Nairaland... The unconsiderably site of something else....

I wouldnt be wrong to say we all caused Nigeria's problems but it is just that we have to treat singly the surbodinate members.

In the post, it was said that someone said that Buhari is the cause of fuel scarcity and yet, no one could contribute to that from my Igbo sis and bros but could utter abusive words.. That is what we call TRIBALISM
PoliticsRe: Some Igbos Won't Stop Being silly by Hardeysolution(op): 8:21pm On May 26, 2015
Nigeria needs change. The change people accepted and rejected transformation. Afterall, of every choice, one must be preferable. This made the Igbos go against the Yorubas and the Hausas and thereby hurling insults at them. They claimed the yorubas are ingrates but apparently, don't we have the choice to choose? Jonathan for 5 years couldnt offer something worth appreciating and Nigeria was in backwardness and setback, until the truth was unveil after the election's results were announced. If Jonathan knew that he would be disgraced, he would have reshuffled his cabinet. I was a supporter of GEJ but became anti-GEJ when he showed more interest in partisanship than national issues.

With all these, the igbos still remain loyal in supporting the wrongs of Jonathan.
There are still wise ones out there, but just too minuit and insignificant to teach/talk senses into the major percentage.
The Igbos' blood is concentrated with tribalism and they see any other person who do not follow them as tribalists. Nigeria is on the move to unification and unity to be purified from the problems of colonialism, yet the Igbos are still there going against it..... Don't u get it?

I am a full blooded Igbo man. Our problem is foolish pride ! The same thing drove us to a war that almost reduced us to second class citizens. We claim we are wise. Please where is the proof of the wisdom? We cannot lead. We cannot dominate our environment. Selling motor parts in Alabama market is not a sign of wisdom! We forget that a single government policy could end that business. My people, we need to learn a thing or two from the Hausa Fulani and Yorubas about politics. The truth be told we are lagging behind seriously.
if everyone be like you, i guess we would have found a solution to the problem and stop being loyal to 'rubbish'

Shouldnt we just speak the truth? Save me all these rubbish and just keep quiet... I am deeply pained by the response of the fools on NL. We call ourselves brothers and Nigerians but yet to recognise the fact. Why should we back ourselves up just because we are from same location? The reason so many couldnt get a job cos many fail to see others as being the people and we claim to be anti-tribalists.

The post was just to let u knw that the igbos are the tribalists-leaders and not to abuse them anyways.... I was just trying to share an experience until u guyz turned it upside down...! Dnt u get ithuh Please..... Try and be wise next time...!

Do u know that Yorubas are now part of our problem in Nigeria. They are just realiizing subsidy removal is necessary for our development, sthing Igbos u call unwise pple saw b4 now. Yorubas took to the streets to protest in 2012 opening their cavity to utter those noise they call language. It's a fact Islam has not totally taken over Yoruba cos of Ugbos there. Now, when next u see an Igbo, give him due respect as he is far better than ur best folk in Yoruba. I mean, he worth more than anything n being from Yoruba.

Pls i do not intend any insult, some of my words there are for entertainment. But u need not to call a whole blessed tribe fools.
Yorubas didnt see the need to remove subsidy but need to stop corruption. Once upon a time in 2012, Jonathan removed subsidy and led to hardship. And the NLC-all Nigerians did! Not Yorubas alone, protested against it. He said #140/litre and now it is deregulated as some even sell it #500/litre.. Remember Buhari said, is there anything like subsidy? Now we buy it even at higher prices...

Bukola Saraki said subsidy should be removed since there is nothing of its usefulness... Is there something like that afterall? Jux a means to embezzle funds... So that is a way to stop corruption and not a way to do anything...

Deregulation is the solution- Buhari.
Yes Deregulation is the solution and not this mess...

Do u nw get it sir?

I will keep my finger cross and wait for may 29 to see if those bokoharam people will come and throw bomb in attempt to kill buhari.

What I am trying to say is that you people should stop insultin goodluck because you don't really know what is going on there and stop insultin igbos because we are more wiser than some of you people.

Bokoharam people, keep killing yourself and deceiving yourselfs.

Omo-Ode of Hausa people?

2007-2010- Yar'adua/Jonathan
2010-2015- Jonathan/Sambo
2015- - Buhari/Osinbajo.

In the Leadership of this country, Yorubas seem to benefit more than the Igbos and yet u call us slaves? Who will be the slaves if not you guyz?

Looking at 1960- Yes, the Hausas have been taking over but why? Cos they are agile and ready to 'do anything' but what of the Igbos? Just to fuel the trouble! What of the Yorubas? The constructive constructors.

What am i seeing? Someone saying Yorubas are stinking and the slaves of Hausas? I wonder why tribalism runs in the veins of the igbos and won't for once see what is right. The post is not for tribalistic comments but just to let you know that Igbos do not want progress in Nigeria. They only support for the sake of support and not for the sake of progress.

Obviously, not all of them are like that but afterall, major percentage of them are like that.
I was discussing issues of Nigeria with some people, looking around, i was the only different person; A yoruba person. All others were Igbos. One of them came to instant conclusion that Buhari is the cause of this fuel scarcity, and my question was, is he there right now? The others backed it up saying, if we had not voted Buhari, everything would have been alryt. I concurred, but argued it. Hmm, if We could vote Jonathan, why can't we vote Buhari? I asked. Yes, Jonathan knew he has few days to go, the same reason he couldnt talk, the same reason he should say something. He should look at the reputation he is destroying and see the rot he is putting Nigeria into, but this Igbos came to say ' We will see what Buhari will do, afterall not our breadwinner'. When will these Igbos be wise? They had been in hardship looking for means of transport and out of hardship, see and still pay high and there they are praising their hero. They trekked, and yet still praising the Devil of Nigeria's progress.

Goodluck Jonathan, a disappointment to the Niger Deltans...

He has just recently resumed the nick BADLUCK EGBERE JO NA TAN
PoliticsIf I Were Buhari, I would Probe Jonathan by Hardeysolution(op):
If i were the president-elect, i would probe Jonathan. He needs to face the wrath of the law for the rot he has caused us.
He has been there since 2010, promising transformation but unfortunately his administration has brought increase in corruption and problems in Nigeria as a nation.
The 'Hero' of democracy as rubbished the 'giant' Nigeria by causing her citizens to live in hardship in few days to hand over. President Goodluck Jonathan has made Nigerians get the tip of Abacha's period in Nigeria. But to say, Abacha's period is better! This is a modern world and a democratic one for that matter and an insensitive administration could manipulate the people and cause us to be in hardship.
A lot of businesses have closed down, including schools because the corrupt administration couldnt profound a solution to the problem. The cabinet of the leader is corrupted and endowed with stupidity.

We hope to see change in Nigeria, a lot of Nigerians can't wait to see may 29 turning in.
We wish 'General' good stay in office with extra-ordinary achievements.

God Bless Nigeria

And for your info, jesus is the messiah (المسيح) even in the quran. The problem is what does messiah mean to a Muslim and a Christian.

I guess General Buhari is a god-father of himself and with the level of integrity(if he didnt change) will not make him bow to God-fathers of Democracy. What do you see about it?
