lmagine getting grant from 3 countries; USA, Australia and Singapore,and which the least of these grants was the one that came from Australia. And now the consultant displaying some kinds of ultra-vire powers which is beyond his legal jurisdictions hence the cause of such pronouncement coming from his end. Even though l'm not lawyer, but l understand some basics in law.


last time l checked, the job of a consultant in grant processes is only is for intermediation role between the donor and the organization accessing the grant, but what we are now reading and hearing now is the covetousness of the consultant of failing to disclose and submit necessary documents to his client(Telpecon). This act alone criminal, wicked, and demeaning to the so called expert who should have known better!


However, people are now of the opinion that if, be any deposited monies in Telpecon account presently pending the time the retrieval of those documents would be achieved, they should go ahead with the ones within their capacity to avoid revolution from the beneficiaries cos they've suffered from mental, emotional torture as result of several postponement. And also, is it all documents tied to these grants are in the custody of the consultant?? If so, it should be retrieve with no further-ado.

This is a good update. However, l pray your wishes come to past. Many are really tired and frustrated. l for once wished, this ended soon, so that l can hear word out there. The way many people are really expecting it, it is well with them.

l respect your opinion and pursuit, but don't let TELPECON give you heart attack.
