I don't have a ready-made solution. As men, we are problem-solvers. When we face a non-satisfying situation in life, we inquire and endeavor to bring solution. We wake up every day and only thing about satisfying our carnal needs (food, sex, shelter, ...), when was the last time we seriously addressed our spiritual (bonds with ancestors, tradition and culture, spiritual checkup and revamp, our heart and soul, our place in the universe, ...), psychological needs (meditation, mindfulness, addressing past traumas, understanding our mind and improving it, ...)?
This may be one of the reasons why fasting is considered in many African cultures as a spiritual practice. We starve our flesh so as to not have it dominate our soul.

- Be yourself. Stay authentic. Never change for pussy. This is one of the principal reasons most men don't have real personalities these day. They don't want to be themselves, they want to be what they think will attract vagınas.

You don't want your kids' father to be just one of the many men who can't think beyond their flesh.



The list is not exhaustive. Like scientific researchers, we are constantly investigating the issue, testing ideas and refining solutions.

At the very least we try. I don't want to be a slave of lust.
