We need to consider the entire number of uchihas (which we can't estimate) and their collective strength as well as take a closer look at his style of fighting (especially battles against orochimaru, Kakashi, kurenai, deidara, nagato, most of which ended swiftly)

However we do know that he was already planning to wipe out his clan before he found out about obito.

Getting obito in on the job simply made his task easier and faster imo

On the contrary I think walcot is a better finisher than Giroud.
In essence Walcot is very efficient while Giroud is very effective.....the only problem is how to make up for thier deficiencies....but on average I'd prefer Walcot to Giroud.
