Every inch of education is useful irrespective of the field of specialization. To my understanding, Education is meant to train one to fit into numerous spheres of careers in life. it shouldn't be a means to a definite end. In as much as it will be a move to take, I don't think its the right time. Let there be considerable improvement in the level of power supply first.
