Krys993: Good day House. Please what do you advice. My ielts score just came out. L8 R8.5 W6.5 S7 Should I just write a new test or should I go ahead with remarking. Just to confirm remarking with IDP is 15k right?
Awaiting your advice. It depends on the number of points that 7.0 in Writing will give you. If it's enough to get 469 CRS, please go for it. But if it won't change anything substantially, register for another. |

Chukwudi718: Hello Everyone, Happy New Year.
Please can paid part-time work which was done while studying for LLB count as work experience for the purpose of increasing my CRS score? Yes. It counts, if you can prove it. Work experience while studying as an undergraduate outside Canada counts. Use the work experience during your summer breaks. Add them together. |

Donpaper: Thanks a lot. So how do I present my details (duties)? Simple. I assume you r a Secondary school teacher, since it's Biology. That should be NOC 4021 or 4031. I'm not sure. Check the duties, and use synonyms, so it won't be copy and paste. You are not even mentioning Biology or anything. Dazzal. |

Just send a mail to Qlife. Send it on a working day, and around 10am in the morning. You will get a quick reply. Propose dates, and they will tell you the available dates. For Qlife, you pay when you get there. Seems IOM is closed for upfront medicals for the year. clow: Please I'll need someone to please explain the process of getting medicals done after it's. I'm confused do I just go to a life with my international passport and photo and then pay there or do I have to pay online and book a date.
Hello please can anyone help with this pls and pls explain how i can go bt this pls |

ednut1: canada has released increased immigration targets for the next 3 years. Get a masters from Nigeria and also a job for 2 years. If scores are not smiling then then go for French. You have age on your side Tbh, with due respect to you sir, I beg to disagree. I won't advice anyone to stay in this country for the next two, three years; especially when he/she is already aware of this immigration level. If she has money, and I assume she does, for finishing university education at 19,20(most likely private university). I assumed because I entered school at 16 myself, OAU and I'm yet to go for NYSC sef, so we know how it works. If she has money, she should apply for either UK or Canada Student visa or even both. For the Canada Student Visa, it doesn't matter her grade for d grant of visa if a school already admitted her. All she needs is to package her application well, ensure the proof of funds and sponsorship is convincing and been able to convince the VOs that she will return to Nigeria after the Program (perspe, lol). DESPITE the immigration plans rolled out by the Canadian Government, we can't be sure of what will happen in two, three years. Too long to predict. Noone saw Corona virus coming nor EndSARS. In conclusion, apply for the Student Visas, or go the PNP route if you r a Medical or Tech Graduate, since French irritates you. |

Stencil: You are spot on! I used my experience during school and I have PPR. Countless others have done this too.
You are also spot on in regards to the One year continuous experience. Anything after that can added up to make 3 years. Even if you have to add several one month experiences.
Keep up the good work Mmamaroon. You've done amazingly well. Thank you Pencil |

hayqinsbFX: You cannot merge your student experiences that way. The only way you can merge your experience is if it is continuous for at least one year and no gap in employment.
For example - you cannot have 8months experience as a student and merge it with a 2 years and 4months experience as a graduate.
You can use student experience if it is for example the last year of your studies and it is continuous with your fulltime employment after school. are you sure? Cuz its different from other peoples opinion. |

Mmamaroon:
You want to put cocaine in my pocket!
My understanding is that at a minimum you must have 1 year CONTINUOUS work experience to qualify for FSW.
If an applicant already has 1 year continuous locked down, the other months or years of work experience do not have to be continuous, if all other conditions are assumed to have been met i.e. pay, hours etc. This is my understanding....and I may be mistaken.
#PersonalOpinion Thank you. |

Student work experience Work experience gained while you were studying may count towards your minimum requirements if the work:
was paid by wages or commissions was continuous (no gaps in employment), and meets all the other requirements of the Program
In my case, isn't the continuous clause breached? |
