As i said..its not always the case as i have taken anti-allergies for it and nothing changed. Until i took the steps i listed. Sometimes what's overlooked such as dirty water tanks,shower curtains, bath mats, washing the bathroom and disinfecting your environment can cause the itch.
Most times the itch is not felt when you dont use a sponge. The moment you do or use a towel, its activated. Will you say you are allergic to your sponge or towel or the environment even? Nope..spores, bacteria or viruses are probably nested there hence the need to disinfect. Dettol and savlon aren't effective enough. Hope this helps.

Hello..here are the steps i took to address and deal with mine..hope it helps you or someone you know.

1. Make sure your water tank is clean. If not, get a material you can tie at the tap of your mouth to filter water and put salt in your bath water..dettol or savlon doesn't work unfortunately. If this is not a problem, go to step 2.

2. Soak your towels weekly with hot water, detergent, salt and vinegar. Use bleach if your towel is white

3. After your bath,keep your towel in a place it can air dry. Under the sun is preferable. A damp towel is no no. So no damp places please.

4. I see people say do not use sponge. I can not for the life of me take a bath without a sponge. Get hot water, salt and bleach Soak your bath sponge in it for 20mins. Rinse and dry before use. Do this weekly.

5. If you have a shower curtain, bath tub mat. Do step 4 weekly to them but with the addition of detergent.

6. The most important bit. Wash your bathroom weekly..the walls, every nook and cranny with detergent, bleach and izal or something similar to izal if the smell is not tolerable to you. Pour bleach down the drains..mop the floor with bleach too.



In conclusion..do not mix bleach and izal..use separately. You may wonder why my emphasis on bleach..its because its a powerful disinfectant, kills germs and bacteria.

After you bathe..please moisturize..

I'm close to the family saw the footage and she never drank alcohol and they accepted it was electrocution..the father wanted the mata to die and people told him he should have collected compensation but he refused. Why will they change the story

Why are they changing the narrative? She was electrocuted! Her family refused an autopsy and declined any form of monetary settlement. It is very wicked of them to come back to turn this against them..i hope they get sued and get what they deserve.

Its not a drug issue..Why didn't he breakdown during his isolation?... Something traumatic happened in this guys life and some situations in the house simply took him to that dark place..his lashing out was his own way of trying to gain control..Guy has abandonment issues.
