I used Diamond and Pearls for my trip then. And I remember removing tours I was not interested in to save cost. I was given the options of hotels. I went with Ibis, cos it was cheaper.

So it depends on your hotel choice, shopping, airline and tours you are going to be seeing.
If you can consult travel agencies and let them work on a budget for you if you intend to have fun like visiting the museum, gold souq and mall of Emirates etc. But I would slash the 3m into 2 and give them a budget of 1.5m to work with That way you can flex with the remaining 1.5m.

Couldn't believe I read through your post smiling sheepishly as I remember my stay in Dubai a few years ago. From my hotel on Al-rigga to touring malls and constant visit every night to the Al Ghurair Centre, having to choose where to dine every night among the wide varieties of fast foods.
Whew! I over shopped and luckily I scaled through my extra 29kg baggage allowance. And it's true, dirham will hardly follow you back to Naija...toll free goods too...chai

Naija will get there someday...

I would prefer you honestly take things cool and finish with good grades in your current degree and then go for Masters in Physics. It should be an easy upgrade rather than holding a B.Sc in both. Nevertheless, I wish you the best!

My intended course of study is Physics and I'd like to major in theoretical physics just as much as I'd like to major in Robotics which is a definite branch of engineering which blends the disciplines of mechanical, electrical and computer engineering which is majorly why I'm studying mechanical engineering.

Elon Musk did dual degree simultaneously, though not in Nigeria , so I'm hoping that such could be replicated in Nigeria.

If you applied for the 2nd Batch... get ready for your online logical test on Saturday in the comfort of your home.
My heads up from previous experience...if you need a 2nd good head to get you past the 1st stage, get it! The time is short and you need to think as twice or thrice you would on a normal day.
Once you scale through the 1st stage, you will ultimately be on your own for the rest of the stages!

What I did was to Google logical questions and practice to know what my performance could be like. Once I grasped the rationale behind how the examiner wants you to think...then I logged in and took my test.
