No it won't be accepted, they have to see the original before your photocopy and original will be attested.

then must I compulsorily attest my o'level ?

Cos I don't wanna waste money attesting my waec since I didn't pass English and physics

please try and read like few pages back, this question has been well answered by some peeps that did theirs recently. Page 439 and 440 to be specific..You will get to know all the information you needed about attesting your documents in MOE, MOFA and UAE embassy. Wish you the best.
