Will any sane person (who isn't a mugu of a yahoo boy) buy 100$ gift card with 100$ cash and sell it at less than 250 naira per dollar when dollar to naira is 360/$?

Let's not deceive ourselves, we all know the sources of the gift cards we are trading here in Nigeria ... And they are from yahoo boys ...

Yes I know and that's why I asked if he discussed the risk with her. Buyer will always form ignorance of the risk when the issue arise, but they will be enjoying dollar rate at 220/$ or thereabout without issue. They sure know it's not normal to buy dollar at those rate while CBN is still around 360 and payoneer/paypal are 320 - 350 average

The seller doesn't have to discuss the risk everytime he wants to sell... Why didn't the buyer ask if there is any risk also?

Anything gift card is very hard to get involved in as long as it's not a case of scam... If the seller delivered the card and the buyer redeemed it successfully, whatever happens later on is amazon's decision (they are serial thieves and won't give a clear reason for their decision)...

just go on vacation right now and avoid all these PayPal flying around...

90% of them are coming from chargeback scammers...

Save yourself the headache of chargebacks for now ...

If you must, buy from long term sellers who you've known for long and make sure it's not from third party...

I don't think he said your payment limited his acct...

He is blaming you for sending as gns which allowed the fund to pend and thus the fund was in the acct when the limit came ...
