Thanks a lot, cost very low because I personally supervised it and am also an engineer I was able to cut unnecessary cost.
POP is for the sitting room, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, lubby and varander. I used PVC for the other two rooms and toilets. POP cost and sitting room scrading was around #180,000.
