same thing happened to me but I wasnt initially sent any mail. Had to re-login to check my profile and to my surprise, they clearly stated that I havent completed my application. Had to complete it and resubmit, and viola, got the email.

My advice, if you havent gotten the email, kindly try checking on your profile to be sure your application didnt bounce back like mine
