NwaAmaikpe:Just like that? I bet you wouldn't do the same if your land measuring hundreds of acres was seized in similar fashion. The governor should be responsible and pay them compensation if the land is for an Over riding public interest if not he should simply return their lands to them |
Pluskid:But killing infidels as well as disbelievers/ unbelievers is allowed? The truth is 99% of all trouble in the world has an attachment to Islam and you guys are happy about it... yes many muslims are happy with this! |
The senate really goofed on this big time! what of the monies generated from drivers licence renewal, Vehicle insurance and road worthiness papers? Don't we know that the funds realized from those sections are meant to go into roads maintenance and construction? What about the current tax every one pays on data bundles and phone calls? If this sails through it will amount to multiple taxation on an already over stretched population. I think its high time we young people call these people's bluffs and disband them. They are self serving and without a clue. |
I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every man that believes, to the Jew first and to the gentile. |
Op I'm truly sorry about your experiences. Ghosts are real especially those who die as a result of avoidable causes(She was a sorry case before she got to you). It's not your fault maybe she expected you to pray with her and assure her that God heals you can only care and your best was all you could do at that moment. Please don;t let this detract you from giving your best at all times in saving lives. God bless you. |
nairalandbuzz:2.8 out of a maximum of 3. It means that the journal article is the best among its equal world over. |
Congratulations Prof. From your time as Dean PG School, you proved to all and sundry that your capabilities and decision making prowess cannot be put to question. I am convinced beyond doubts that your time will spell good for my alma mata. |
sweerychick:You might be right there! Heard of a case in VGC where a rich man tried to push a Liberian girl he offered a hike into his swimming pool. Unknowing to the man, his security who perceived he intonation of her greeting to be Liberian used subtly warned her not to take off her clothes for a bath... The lady got the message when they got into the living room where the swimming pool was.... Long story short as the man tried to force the lady into the pool by trying to push her, the lady evaded his push and instead he dived into the pool... Sister, a PYTHON came out of nowhere in the pool and swallowed the man... The lady ran out almost naked and insane!! Police came and found the man vomiting money in his living room. |
The first of many similar bridges that lay on that road especially when nearing Iwo road. Pedestrians using similar structures should watch out!!! |
In this age and time? People still keep functioning generators indoors? Ignorance is truly a bliss sadly no one is alive to tell tales. CARBONMONOXIDE (CO) IS A KILLER that kills within minutes. Even the Oyinbo man warns that the gas can kill you if you put it in half ventilated garage. Its that powerful and its about time people are sensitized on the dangers of keeping such death close. But trust Nigerians and "my property-i do it -anyhow " mentality. |
I read the story clearly and I am forced to say that the lady in question is just an attention seeker. She is just looking for a meal ticket that's all! To me she has no case. Until she gives birth, no case |
kayjee101:Hi, I think you should give the Op some credit for this piece. I never knew this much at a glance about bananas prior to now and you as well as any other person might as well post what you know for the benefit of us all. |
Very interested. I'll keep in touch soon. |
Very correct sir. Farming is the way to go. It is the only way out of economic depression, recession and joblessness. We are getting there gradually. Now that attention is focused on agriculture, there is a big hope in sight. |
Very correct sir. Farming is the way to go. |
This gesture is very commendable and a good one at that. Many people don't get this benefits after 35 years. This will boost the morale of other officers on the line of duty knowing fully well that their families will be compensated if they are KIA. The fight against crime has just witnessed a positive turn around. Kudos to LASG |
JohnEazy:Everyone of you should proceed to get arms for your selves. It is evident that the government cannot protect you... Then lay in ambush for them .....Every night and day . appoint for yourselves watchmen and move around en-masse... It may not be easy as I advised but sir, we are no more in the 21st century but rather in a stone age.. And what our fathers did for survival must be brought back to life...Kill them or be killed by them |
Its a vicious cycle that will know no end... They kill or get killed either way they die. The people must put their lives in their own hands.. Community policing is the surest bet to nip this madness in the bud |
I'm interested in this property. But sir, kindly do me a favour... Could you send me the coordinates? The Ijebu Igbo I know in Ogun State or Another Ijebu Igbo in Osun State? Thanks |
His own opinion.. I wonder how many people this guy would have influenced by this post. The Bible says that you should honour your father and mother.. so that it may be well with thee and thy days may be long.. Honor goes beyond showing respect.. it also means giving to them. Nigeria has wiped away the retirement benefits of most parents. Remember Rasheed maina? well he is still a free man with many dead pensioners money... This gu just crossed the line here and i am waiting to see what his own end would be like... Time will tell |
Nice one man |
Good riddance!!-Long over due. They should better manage all the bribes they've received over the years because there will no more be free money from hapless passengers. |
BlowBack:Hi no need for insults here. The young man just expressed his own "personal" opinion as you did... btw nice write up. |
Thanks. Its encouraging to see these words. |
baby124:... Honestly this? I doubt it will work. Will you give her money when he begins to starve her? "kolewerk" Op.. where are your ears.. many men respect a woman that earns income no matter how little. The reason he is like that was because you believed him when he asked you not to work or run a business.. He sees himself as the Alpha and Omega. Go out of your comfort zone and make things work. But make sure you ask God for wisdom to handle everything. God bless you. |
Your husband is a useless man. With all his ego, skills, experience, connect, ambition and midas' successes, he should be able to pull out his phone and punch some numbers that would strum the strings to your gainful employment. Aren't you his significant other? He's a lippy fool or you're truly lazy.Calling someone else's husband a fool and useless is way beyond your purview and judgement- The Op sought for help and nothing more. Op- save some cash from whatever you can and start something.. Please no woman is safe depending on a man for her daily needs. its very risky in this clime. God bless your home. |
