There is a brother close to where I'm staying,he had something similar that he was in debt of about 77million naira around 2004 while working at Apapa has he told me, his friend did the shit and ran away,he did court case for 4 years and more. Recently, I witnessed and accident whereby the victim "bike man" was left in his pool of blood,tho didn't know later if he gave up the ghost but the shocking thing was that the driver of the Lexus ran away. It's not even the ones happening close to us but we also read online how people do hit and run.
