Actually this might not be the best place to post this but because I want people's contributions.


Recently, I witnessed and accident whereby the victim "bike man" was left in his pool of blood,tho didn't know later if he gave up the ghost but the shocking thing was that the driver of the Lexus ran away. It's not even the ones happening close to us but we also read online how people do hit and run.
My question is,why are people doing this?
