Atiku knows what he's doing. The purpose is to garner votes of uninformed Nigerians who would think he meant well.

Atiku himself knows that his proposed return of subsidy will not work bcoz of so many factors that will crash the economy and return Nigeria and Nigerins to the days of smuggling Nigeria subsidized fuel to neighbouring countries.
