galantjoe: Now I understand your viewpoint I thought you don't believe there is a[ritual realm.
Most of people that believe so superstition never progressed. And mist people that believe too much in such cultural fallacy or spiritual control the earth never progress
I don't usually quote these sayings although I believe in them "man proposed God disposes", "predestination. Destiny.
All these are lazy man thought
Peace That guy don't have genuine intentions for attacking my opinion I am not religious, people can testify to that on this forum, I don't believe in superstition but when it comes to spiritual, I can't pretend it's not there because it's universal This thread is neither about religion beliefs or superstition. So what exactly issue did the person have with this thread. That he's not interested in increasing his Lucky charm or what? The state of emergency that was declared in Rivers state, the thread which I created about it was less than 3 hours before president Tinubu made the announcement at night. Infact people argued on the same thread that SOE in Rivers state can never be possible but today, it's a story. Do I have any connection with president or any of the insider currently? Hell no So where did such thoughts come from if not spiritual https://www.nairaland.com/8372759/fg-should-considering-state-emergency |

SpencerForbes: The main issue is that you didn't use a single personal pronoun in your topic. If you had titled it 'My Personal Research,' there wouldn't be an argument—everyone is entitled to their own conviction. But presenting your private 'vibes' as some great 'Universal Mystery' is where the fallacy starts.
Personally, I’m not looking for any 'Luck Balablu.' I’d rather change my environment or look for a real 'update' that actually yields results.
Helinues, since you’re the expert on 'Goodluck charms,' which one can make an impotent man get his wife pregnant? 🤣 I’m asking for a neighbor o! But seriously, if you have any charm that can fetch me 30 million Naira in 3 weeks, abeg sign me up. Personally, I’m not looking for any 'Luck Balablu. Guy, don't derail this thread because you are only using political hatred t be attacking my opinion about this I don't need your validation or authorization about any of my opinion. Rest |
Culture › Re: 3 Things That Shouldn't Be In The Room You Sleep by helinues(op): 7:38am On Mar 29 |
SpencerForbes: Most nightmares these days are more psychological than spiritual. Especially when they happen all the time. Yes, the spiritual realm exists, but throwing things out of your house because of 'vibes' isn't spirituality—it’s just your personal fear.
Think about it: someone keeps a vacuum cleaner inside their kitchen or close to their bedroom, but you insist on keeping your broom outside 'just because it’s a broom.' Does that even make sense?
A person can keep a broom inside and be swimming in billions, while another keeps theirs at the gate and still remains stagnant. Success is about hard work, your environment, and your mindset. If 'broom placement' was the key to success, our people in the village would be the richest in the world because they follow every superstition in the book. Yet, people in the 'rush hour' city who don't care about these things are the ones leveling up.
People should Stop folding their hands and blaming the broom. It's time to face reality. Why should you be comparing vacuum cleaner with rags or broom? How are you even sure some people dont have their personal beliefs on vacuum cleaner why they are not using it? Your arguments on this thread is just to oppose whatever opinion I write. I know this moniker, you are not the only one doing that. It's still politics hatred that made you guys to be attacking my opinion even if they are off politics section |
Culture › Re: 3 Things That Shouldn't Be In The Room You Sleep by helinues(op): 7:23am On Mar 29 |
SpencerForbes: Look, there’s a big difference between a 'personal conviction' and a 'universal law.' If you say this is just your belief, no problem—everyone is entitled to their own 'vibrations.' But presenting it as some secret manual for success is a total fallacy. Let’s call it what it is: a scam.
Just because something 'worked' for you doesn't make it a blueprint for others. That’s just anecdotal evidence. Personally, I don't subscribe to all that 'Luck Balablu.' I prefer logic and pragmatism. I prepare for the worst and hope for the best; if the worst happens, I’ve already factored it in.
At the end of the day, success is a product of your environment, your circle, and your mindset. Those factors influence your life 100% more than where you decide to drop a broom in your house. Let's stop elevating superstitions above common logic. When I created this thread, did I specifically mention you or tag anyone? What precise issue do you even have with this thread self, that you are not interested in increasing your Lucky charm or what? Rabbit foot, go and check almost all ancient history with their beliefs about it. Nobody is forcing you or anyone to believe it |

Best thread to target those to block..
Peter Obi's birthday, reasonable number of those who support this government always wish him well on that day including myself
But see the way some Obidients are sounding as usual on this thread.
Anyways we are seeing less of their bitter comments as the blocking is increasing daily |
Culture › Re: 3 Things That Shouldn't Be In The Room You Sleep by helinues(op): 2:55am On Mar 29 |
SpencerForbes: Exactly! You might experience some good luck and "mistakenly" think it’s because of where you kept a broom, but that’s just a coincidence, not a fact. It's purely your personal experience. If you put that same broom back inside today, I bet you nothing will happen.
It’s just like a chronic masturbator who finally decides to quit and start focusing on his life. When things start improving, he’ll claim it’s because he stopped "touching himself," whereas the truth is simply that he became more focused. There’s nothing spiritual about it.
It's the same thing with these Yahoo boys that go to do "Jazz" (charms). Once they get the jazz, they suddenly start putting in 20 hours of work daily. When they finally "cash out," they’ll start worshipping idols, forgetting that the jazz only gave them the "lion heart" (motivation) to hustle their clients harder. The charm didn't bring the money; the extra effort did.
So, while these rituals might give you a "psychological" boost, labeling them as "Good Luck" is pure, unadulterated superstition. I dont think you get my points perhaps you just want to argue for arguments sake Beliefs are formed when you experienced, felt or touch something personally. This might sound ridiculous but ever since I started blocking some people on this forum, things changed rapidly. My brain evolved while things changed financially. Such beliefs can be proven with facts why it's so. Whatever you believe on, as long as it's working for you. Don't stop |

If Obi like, he should allow himself to be used again.
Kwankwanso on the ballot in 2023 was to deliberately scatter Atiku's votes in NW which worked as the under age voters was televised live.
Kwankwanso is preparing for the 2031 election, whether as a candidate or godfather . He slipped in an interview before the 2023 election |

SpencerForbes: It's just a piece of clothing, abeg. I don’t see how a common fabric has any spiritual connection to my destiny. Same thing with a broom.
If you own a vacuum cleaner, will you start keeping it outside the house just because you use it to clean dirt? I have a shoe rack inside my house, so why should the rag be kept outside? Because of what exactly?
These things are just inanimate items. The only thing that can actually "affect" you is living in a cluttered and dirty environment. A messy desk or room will only make you disorganized and forgetful; it has nothing to do with spirits. We just love over-spiritualizing every single thing in this part of the world. It’s high time we embraced logic. There are personal beliefs about some things which don't have to be spiritual. I actually saw that somewhere which after I took note, I felt some changes or perhaps relief. It may be coincidence but as long as it works, nothing bad in keeping to the practice Banana for example, infact, I just bought some when I went out because I don't joke with it. Why? Because after the Brazilian nuts, Banana is the most radioactive fruits on earth. Our sun is yet to die to produce elements heavy like radioactive elements like Uranium. Meaning the materials contain in Banana is from interstellar materials. Spiritually, you go into some realms that future events would be revealed but in code pictures.. It's left to you to connect the dots. I have had several almost 100% accuracy about issue on this forum, reasonable number of them are from far distance. Personal beliefs without being spiritual or need to perform any rituals apart from my normal peaceful sleeping to get to the realms. |
Culture › Re: 3 Things That Shouldn't Be In The Room You Sleep by helinues(op): 9:23pm On Mar 28 |
SpencerForbes: Is there any proven fact or historical basis for this, or is it just our usual African superstition?
They say, "Don’t look into a mirror by the roadside," but I’ve done it countless times and I’m still here. No ghost, no 'village people' following me, nothing.
Is this just another one of those old wives' tales meant to scare kids? What should rag be doing in the room you sleep without attaching spiritual? Dirtiness in the room you sleep, same as broom 🧹 There is Spiritual realms if your 3rd eye is opened ( Chakra) Speaking from experience |
