Obi already supported Atiku's returning of fuel subsidy. So as how they followed each other during the Naira redesign while entering gutter together

They were getting smuggled fuel that was subsidized by the Nigerian government. When the supply stopped and prices went up, it was easy for the military to get support from ordinary people (in a country where 80% of them depend on charity to survive).

That same Benin coup, president Tinubu singlehandedly handled it without much input from the other West Africa countries

Lands and rents in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Edo are expensive abi they're among South Eastern states

The issue in Enugu is what has been happening in Lagos over the years and on the rise in other states. The poverty drive caused by APC has pushed more people into land and house agency driving up costs.

Why won't Agency fees rise when everyone is an agent?

If I am not exaggerating, it should be over 5 years I raised the alarm about the housing , real estate in South East in the next 20 years, 5 years passed already.

At least majority of the billionaires from South East have acquired nothing less than 40% of the available land with no intention of using it for anything but just to add to family glory.

While at least 10% are still holding on to ancestral land which must be preserved by all means.

If the population of the region is growing yearly, how would the next 15 years be in terms of purchasing land not to talk of house rent .

In the whole regions in Nigeria, it's only in South East lands are ridiculously expensive.
