Thanks rabluk. When did u start having symptoms and did ur symptoms vanished at any point from when u started having them?
HealthRe: Anyone Trying IVF/IUI/ICSI (Fertility Treatments)? by henmaris: 5:57pm On Jan 29, 2019
Thanks ladies. Ur responses makes me to feel better. I wish one could just stop stressing after getting a bfp. I was feverish and had sore boobs and was also constantly hungry but every thing seem to have vanished as of yesterday evening. Trying not to worry because I've read that symptoms come and go but its not easy. No cramping nor bleeding but feeling very normal since last night. Zero symptom.
God help everyone if us achieve our goal and thanks immensely for ur support and words of encouragement ladies.
Good luck to all the mamas undergoing treatment now.

Hello Mamas, an update from my first ultrasound. 1 viable embryo seen but I have 2 concerns.
First, I'm suppose to be 6weeks 2days but it measured 6 weeks 0days. Is this normal?
Secondly, the heartrate wasnt measured because according to my dr is still very low/small. Isn't it suppose to be possible to measure the heartrate at 6 weeks?
I'm going crazy here, experience mamas and those ahead of me, pls show ur face and respond to my worries.
My Dd doesn't seem concerend, infact she said everything is fine at this stage but from what I'm reading from Dr google the heartrate is concerning.
TIA

fruitfultwin:
We went for the review for
all the test we did and the doctor said dh has low sperm count so he will do picsi (to be able to pick the viable active sperm which will cost us extra N290,000) and I will do laser assisted hatching because I am more than 35years(because after age 35 the walls of the egg will thicken according to the doctor which will cost us N190,000 and we did not budget for this extra cost. We were weak because of this extra cost and have to shift the procedure till March in order to gather some money.

So the ivf we suppose to start this month Jan has been shifted till march for us to save for the extra cost. Truth be told I was so down throughout today and was telling dh that I am tired of this pregnancy issue but he encouraged me that I should trust God that anything can happen concerning the issue of money.

I was so eager to start the ivf because I believe that my first try will be a success but see what money has done to us.
Fruitfultwin dear, I can imagine how hard it is to continuously receive bad news when u think u are almost at the breaking point. Truth be told, that Dr seem to want the best for u. Yes, icsi and embryo hatching always cost extra money. U don't want to rush to a clinic that will collect the regular fee and do normal ivf with no hatching and maybe end up with no eggs fertilized. Thank God that u are in good hands and work hard to save up for the extra cost and God will sure provide like ur DH said. Infertility is an expensive journey but the good news is that God will crown ur efforts with success. At that point all these sorrows will be history.
Sorry dear, brace up and face it, it'll be over before u know it. Ask your Dr to also do endometrial scratch for u a cycle prior to ur IVF cycle. That is in february if u will cycle in march. It increases success rate alot. Actually it's what I did differently this cycle.
Stay strong sis and cling to darling husband this period. Build a strong bond between u both. U need each other the most. God be ur helper.

Good morning Mama's, so yesterday was my dating scan and to the Glory of God two heartbeat's were seen but out of excitement, I forgot to take my progesterone injection. I didn't remember this until midnight. I'm rushing to the hospital this morning for it. I believe it's not late.
Praise God! Let me just dive in here. Congratulations mama, I'm super happy for u.

I did a FET and got a BFP on January 12th. My first ultrasound is scheduled for Jan 28. Fingers crossed for me guys, I have zero preggy symptoms and have been having pelvic pain. I'm assuming it's caused by endometriosis/endometriomas because I have cyst on both ovaries. Will update you guys after my scan.

Good luck to all the mamas undergoing treatment right now. All your efforts will definitely end in praise.
FamilyRe: Very Sad Woman - Marital Woes by henmaris: 3:55am On Sep 02, 2018
To tell u the truth, ur husband is very manipulative. U both abused each other, be it verbally or physically. For him to cling on that u were physical is him just trying to be smart and turn the table on u. U have apologize which is great and i would expect him to do same. Also, do not pretend to be who u are not. Just promise him that it'll never happen again and u would like him to come home so u both can start afresh. Thats all u can do.

To tell u the truth ur husband is so immature to have wash u guys dirty linens in public, yes his family and urs is public and shouldn't know everything going on in ur home.

NB don't succumb to silly manipulations, be urself. He must be a mommy's boy to think he's one little king whom u have to proof a point to.

Actually, koki beans can relate a little.bit to moin moin but not kwacoco bible. This right here is made with grated cocoyams and palm oil.

You can only switch frm student visa to work visa only when you studied for one full year and with a nice gpa
I just read via the immigration website and yes you can get a work permit after 1 semester of studies (30credits). It's not as easy as stated though because you need to get a job of atleast SEK 13000. So you don't need a year of studies but atleast a semester of postgraduate studies and as long as you secure a job, any job, you can be granted a work permit.

Thanks man. 4000kr should be 164,000naira from my calculation? God go help us.
My dear you can get a student room for less than this. Budget between SEK 2500 to 3500. I got mine for SEK 2300 in Lund. Its not a twin room but a shared living with single rooms and a common living area. It's comfortable, atleast for a beginner.

Thanks sis
Some people have gotten pregnant in the same month they did a laproscopy. There is really no need to wait. As long as u dont feel sore n are ok to baby dance go right ahead. Pregnancy is likely to happen within the first 6 months of a laproscopy especially if any thing was treated in the process and not just a diagnostic lap.

Goodluck to u.
Started a 1st month lupron shot today for a 3 months shot in preparation for my 4th IVF. This will be a freeze all cycle for me bc i had really bad OHSS and cant imagine going via that again. RE adviced for a freeze all which im more than ok with it. Anything preserve my health in this journey

Is it for immune issues?
Yes its for immune issues. Serves same purpose as predni**sone/predniso**lone but is more effective bc its strictly for immune issues.
My dear sister, insist on one of the above to be prescribed for u bc belief me it makes a whole lot of difference. Many testify that steriods made the difference in their positive cycle.
Started my fourth journey today. Frist lupron shot in preparation for ivf no 4. This will be a success, that I know.

Thanks a lot, sir. Endometriosis? After researching, hubby told me its probably what's wrong with me since I've tried so many things to no avail but I rejected it. Endometriosis on top bronchitis and eye problem? Na only me waka come?

I have tried them all except the ruzu bitters but I took goko cleanser. I think sugar is the culprit for this cycle. I took sugary things out of anger. I no take, pain. I take, pain. So make I kukuma take am and brace up for the pain. I'll however try the garlic and ginger and the castor oil again. I'll try my best to be disciplined even though I strongly believe this is my last AF for this year. Thanks again. Fertility blessings
My first time of commenting here, ur menstral pain attracted me ( strange but true). I know what it feels like. Mine could pain for Africa but i found a remedy. May not be the best but it does magic.
Take DICLOFENAC tablets as soon as u know u are approaching ur period. As in u will see AF tomorrow u take it today or take it when you start feeling tummy discomfort.
If the pain comes aggressively before u take ur meds, take the meds ASAP use hot water bottle and place it on ur pelvic. U will get relieve in less than 30minutes. Sorry for the pain my dear, pain was the oder of my AF days till i discovered diclofenac.Hope it works for you
