well i hear she is now married
i advise you stop looking for her so as not to disturb and divert her attention from her wifely duty.

agarawu23:
she should end the relationship when we don't know her behavior toward her husband? undecided

crystal83 are you telling us you didn't study your husband well before you get married to him? what are your attitudes towards him cos we nigerians can't worship our wife's as you guys do in your country.(husband control his wife in Africa not the other way round)

pictures of you on your dp will be OK if truly you are not a Nigerian
according to her in one of her previous threads, she and the husband have already gone for counselling and are currently separated because the counselling thing did not work, now are you suggesting that they both remain married when it is obvious that it is not working out? Regardless of whether she is at fault or not, if the counselling could not work for them then they should both do the needful.

@henribj

Thank you for the advice. I will try and think a bit more about what is going on.
you are welcome.
why do I have this feeling that you are actually the one forcing this marriage to work? Yes you claim to love him and all which I am not saying is a lie, but wouldn't you rather end it now so you can find your happiness sooner, or would you want this to keep on dragging for years and you end up being a wreck/mess? And please do not tell yourself that you are in this for the kids sake cos that is a lie, so don't use the kids as an excuse, if you want the kids to be truly happy then do not subject them to such an atmosphere as that which exists between you and your husband because that atmosphere is not healthy at all.

@henribj We are 32 and yes I am white and from Melbourne, Australia.
I know that the second people see white girl, they will have a stereotypical view about the way I am or the way I think. But not everyone fits that stereotypical mold. Just wanted to put that in there. smiley
hahahaha @stereotypical view. Alrighty then, i viewed your other topic which relates to this same new post of yours, and truth be told, any advice i offer is going to mirror one or more of the advice you received on the other topic of yours.
but what i would like you to understand is this, if anyone claims to truly love someone, he/she will never place another person above the person he/she claims to love. That being said, you should count your teeth with your tongue. A word is enough for the wise.

first things first for me, who is older among the both of you?
secondly, when you say you are a westerner, do you mean you are a whitey foreigner? or black westerner? and which country exactly are you from?
if you can answer these questions honestly, we will proceed further.

"if i hear say i give you the idea to pop the question"... i can't fit give you my idea o, cos if i give it to you i won't be able to use it when i want to pop my own question. I no go like make my wife to be tell me say I am using "second hand" scope on her.

SexyNairalander:
nice write up bro, am happy you finally understood where am driving at. . .i believe girls outside africa are already bold enough to meet a guy they like and tell them though not all, but our own naija girls sees it as an abomination
to some extent I would say do not blame the naija gurls, rather blame it on the culture in naija which inhibits females from doing such, but to a greater extent I would say blame the naija gurls cos naija culture no longer has a place in the life of naija women. what I am trying to say is this, if a naija gurl can borrow all the fashion ideas of the advanced countries and other such stuffs from them, then why can't they also borrow the nature of the gurls in advanced countries by walking up to a guy you like and introducing yourself?
but anyways, thats their own business, na them life.

ha bros no be like so na, all am saying is what's wrong in striking a convo with the guy or just talking to him self. I believe the guy should be smart enough to ask her to be his gf and not vice versa
Alright, that being the case, a woman who has a crush on you and is not able to walk up to you and say hi is not a matured woman, remember that age has nothing to do with maturity. A matured woman knows there are so many lines to use on a man depending on where you both are at that point in time to make him start a conversation with her.
For instance, the woman meets the guy in a party or club, and she finds the man attractive, she could walk up to him and say "Hi, could you buy me/get me a bottle of drink?. If it's in the library she can say "Hi, I am interested in so so book, I wonder if you have ever read it or come across it, I wonder where I can get it from". etc, the lines are plenty and it will always work on guys cos most guys are always wanting to talk with a woman as long as she is cute and have assets. But unfortunately this won't work for most guys if they try to apply it cos most gurls are not looking to talk to men except they have already been crushing on you before you approached them.
The long and short of this is that any woman who has a crush on a man and can't even give him the basic green light or walk up to him to say Hi is on her own.

Girls ask guys out everyday. It's no biggie. But before a girl does so she must have been friends with the guy first. We're no longer in the medieval ages, this is 21st century. But that doesn't mean one should expect a girl to just walk up to them and ask them out when their path has never crossed. Most guys will just take a girl for granted if she ask them out. So they prefer to give subtle signs, and a guy who's interested will pick it up from there. That's the conventional practice.

I just dey pity you sha. Dey there dey wait make that babe come woo you until she drop you wedding IV.
well said man, I couldn't have said it better.
some dulling guys out there are the ones causing problems for other guys.
a girl likes you, gives you and shows you all the signs, and yet you are still waiting for her to open her mouth and say "pls be my boyfriend". some guys sef ehn, maybe next life them suppose born them as females make them see as e dey be.

well can we view this from another angle?
the robber did not say the girl should shoot to kill the man right? what if the girl pulled the trigger with the intention of shooting the man in a part of his body which will not lead to his death, "except he bleeds to death".
in this kind of situation the first thing that comes to my mind is to be disappointed in the woman, but one thing i have learned in life is that all human beings are different. because i will not go to certain extents does not mean the other person would not go to those extents and even pass sef.
that being said, whatever affair or relationship i have with that woman is over, pending when my brain cool down and if she sabi beg and convince/confuse me wella.
