drdeola001: The guy who suggested adin was on point.plm kennel oil will kill ticks and it's a local or unorthodox approach to getting rid of parasites either external or internal(worms). 2.Adding garlic to your dog food is the most effective means of prevention of ticks.its been tested and proven although it's a holistic approach. 3/use AMITRAX 12% E'C for bathing once a week works very well too. If u have pups use ectoparisitic dog powders. Good luck and how do I use palm kennel oil to kill the ticks. |

adanny01: 4G like or what are you talking about.
When you click on an app's Short cut or link, what do you expect?
You expect to enter the apps interface, then the app would connect to the internet there after.
Also, the acreditation data is larger to e-collation so which one should need strong network? You can't access the app interface if your not connected to the internet, hence we are advice to connect to wifi. I doubt if you know what e-collation app is meant for. It is where you enter and validate all the scores each political party scored in any election. Possibly u scan and upload all the results sheet of all the polling unit under ur care. The work is not meant for PO's but RATECH. |

This is not the case here. It displays error immediately and it was not a network related issue. A network issue should take some seconds before it returns an error message but not this one.
Meanwhile the 2 SCR in my PU didnt open likewise the entire ward and LGA. EO is my friend so i have this fact. It wasn't a network issue.
Also, the acreditation data is larger to e-collation so which one should need strong network? Bro dnt argue what you don't know. When you tap on the icon, and u have strong network, it will take u immediateley where u will input your login details. Remeber the server is too busy then so u need strong network to beat the traffic. If not an error message will appear immediately u tap the icon. |

SillyMods: You need to answer these questions then
I understand your point clearly. The questions remain:
1. Did INEC officials use the e-collation in all polling units?
2. If the above was actually done, isn't it a violation of the Electoral Act which forbids electronic transmission of election result?
3. If #1 above was indeed done, will it be superior to the manual collation and announcing of results which is what the EA recognizes?
4. How would Atiku and PDP have known what's in INEC server without hacking it or compromising INEC and/or indeed tampered with INEC server? I am not an inec officiai nor a lawyer that knows what electoral law entails. I am not holding brief for any of the candidate. Just to clear the view of majority opinions that inec backend server does not have the number votes each party scored from each polling unit. |

adanny01: It wasnt working.
When you click on it, it displays an error message.
I was PO and had a voting point. That means we had 2 card readers and both e-collation app didnt open in both elections. The tech guy comfirmed that the feature wasnt deployed. It require a strong network to run. I was a tech personnel too. Z-pads was latter giving to us to run the e-collation at our inec state hdqrt. |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by henrolevra: 9:25am On Mar 21, 2019 |
adanny01: Absolutely incorrect, its the same thing.
They only purchased extra to provide spares. They also purchased more spare batteries, chargers and generators. The spares were among those that were deployed to replace the burnt ones in Enugu INEC fire.
Its the acreditation app that was updated. In 2015 the card reader didn't transmit acreditation data like the one in 2019.
Though INEC installed an e-collation app but was not functional.
The card reader is basically an android 4.2 phone. Say what your sure of. The e-collation app was very functional. It requires strong network to run. |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by henrolevra: 9:22am On Mar 21, 2019 |
SillyMods: You're missing the big picture which is that the card reader stores and transmits number of accredited voters but NOT THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF VOTES OR WHO VOTERS ACTUALLY VOTED FOR.
Again, the card reader didn't record the party a voter voted for. So, how did Atiku arrive at those figures from the so-called INEC server which doesn't contain such? let me inform you that inec deployed some corpers as RATECH to oversee all card readers. Incase a card reader is faulty, is there duty to rectified it. There duty is not limited to that. There were also to make use of e-collation app in that card reader to enter the result of each polling unit and transmitt it electronically to inec server. Some were giving inec z-pad tablet for such exercise. |
Politics › Re: Presidential Election: The Real Number Of Votes I Scored In Each State – Atiku by henrolevra: 8:52am On Mar 21, 2019 |
nwadiuko1: you are very ignorant, there is e-collation from every polling unit across the country, and the information from the card readers are sent directly to the inec data base..... immediately after the elections Tell them bro. I served as a RATECH Officer and our duty is not only limited to card reader functionality. We were also giving an inec tablet called z-pad for e-collation. You are mandated to transmit all the results of each polling units assigned to you to inec server. |
Politics › Re: Presidential Election: The Real Number Of Votes I Scored In Each State – Atiku by henrolevra: 8:46am On Mar 21, 2019 |
Mynd44: Every time the PDP mentions "server" I get confused.
1. There was no electronic voting
2. Collation was done manually and transmitted manually hence no server was involved
3. The results have not even been uploaded to INEC's website so it is on? Paper.
4. Calculation was done via pencil, biro and calculators.
So
1. How did the PDP come up with this allegation of INEC server?
2. How did they even get access to the "server" sef? |
