Case starts at Tribunal
From Tribunal to Court of Appeal.
From Court of Appeal to Supreme Court.

Go get more shock observers because more revelations are coming. More would've been opened by now assuming another party had won the just concluded election. Buddha3: I read through the thread before it hit the front page, but I was too shell-shocked to even find the words to comment.
Like, if the government hasn't paid subsidy to marketers since 2016, then what in God's name has Buhari been using all the loans for? I thought they've consistently claimed that the Fulani failure took loans to pay subsidy?
This is a total deviation from the picture they've painted in the last 8years. I no even sabi wetin to talk again! |

mrvitalis: Dont u think it's the reason we are these undeveloped? Thank you very much. Now you get my point. If you like have 5 msc, 3 PhD even be a professor, so long as the person you're reporting to is not sound enough (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) just forget it. If we must succeed as a country, we need to do away with 1999 constitution first. |

mrvitalis: Nigeria has less than 4 million university, poly and COE graduates sir
About 2.5 million OK, let me correct myself; but the constitution allows an SSCE holder to lead a country with probably 2 MILLION PhD holders. Where would he get the knowledge to perform? The Minister will definitely get the knowledge from where the president gets his own |

mrvitalis: Do you want a minister or a performing minister? I want a performing minister, but who's the Minister reporting to? If the Minister's boss is an SSCE holder and we believe that he can perform, I don't see any reason why the Minister have to hold a PhD before he can perform as well. |

mrvitalis: An accountant as a minister of finance??
Oboy here we go again
It's about to go down... Accounting is a noble profession but appointing an accountant as a minister of finance shows this people don't know anything about economics what so ever
The minister of finance is the chief economic development policy formulator of the country... It has little or nothing to do with accounting
A minister of finance should be minimum a PhD holder with 10 years minimum experience in a policy formulation and vast knowledge and experience in macro developmental economics
This is why Buhari failed , accountant as CBN Governor with mere MBA as highest qualification and an accountant as minister of finance again with MBA as highest qualification
Banking is micro economics, minister of finance is macro economics they are not similar at all...
It's like making a Med lab scientist a CMD of a general Hospital
It's about to go down All these? Just to be a Minister? While SSCE is required to be the Minister's boss |
