It's obvious that salah, mane and vvd are their highest performers this season, so how on earth does Henderson get this? Because he's English?

Same way SAF was dominating the league with average English players; english things.

In my opinion, he is indeed the epitome of a "carry along" player. His stats are just meh. Just there. I'll like to know what makes the writers think Henderson is the best player.

Although, been an English player gave him the award but Henderson is not a carry along in that liverpool team.

These are all squad players. It's not every time you go for big names. Half of SAF Champion teams were made of your Fletchers, Park Ji Sungs, John O'Shea, Jonny Evans and co.

It's not every team that relegates, you would write off their players. Just like when Hull relegated and Nihilist and I pinpointed Maguire and Robertson as the standout players from there. These guys I mentioned are all better than Chelsea squad players in the same positions.

That was then and SAF who we all know had the backings of English FA and ref. I mean which coach will use cleverly and welbeck to win league if not SAF. We already have squad players, we just need upgrades in some positions to compete. To me, I see nothing special in Maguire, he is just a product of hype.

Kovacic has been in and out, Cesar has had horrible moments and games. Both have been good, but I would even consider Abraham if that's the case.

Anyway it's down to voting.

He will win young player of the year. Either Kovacic or Azpilicueta will win the senior category.

Mason Mount does it for me. He's had a decent season playing over 45 matches with 7goals and 5 assists to his credit. The team has benefited immensely from his deep running & pressing. Also, his ability to shoot from long distance reminds me of Frank.
Expect him to get even better next season if he can work on dead balls situation and through balls.

Do you have a striker with decent hold up play and also pace to go in behind. But one who you can also push to the wing should Werner make no9 his own? All for under £20m? That's why I picked Josh King.

I didn't just randomly pick these names. David Brooks is the best player there, but I didn't pick him because we already have enough LW and CAMs.

I understand we have to strengthen those positions but not with those aforementioned players haba. Those guys can’t do jack in a big club like Chelsea.

Bournemouth need to collect that cash early before relegation so they can say no to people trying to pick their squad off on the cheap. I expect many teams will be going for David Brooks, Josh King, Jack Stacey, Lloyd Kelly and Ramsdale and trying to low-ball them. I wouldn't mind if Chelsea move for Kelly, Josh King and Ramsdale.

With all the fringe players we have already you still want more, when we are even looking for a way to offload them.

Boy is 6'2. He might not be buff as some others but at least he is stronger than Jorginho His height should also help you guys in winning aerial duels in midfield that is if Lampard plays him as an 8.

I think Lampard will mostly use him as 10(AMF) in 4-2–3-1 formation or as SS to Warner in 4-2-4 formation. I think he is too offensive to suit 8.

Due to the obvious vulnerabilities in our backline, I'll opt for a 3-4-3 against manyoo.

Alonso can't be trusted in a back four, so I'll have him deployed in his favoured left wingback, Reece on the right, Azpi, Rudiger and Zouma completing the defensive setup.

Against the ball, we will operate in a 5-4-1 shape with the wing-backs acting alongside the 3 defenders to make a back 5.

With a 5-man defensive line, our defense can cover more width on the field. This will ensure Alonso and James gets to defend wider and move to defend manyoo wingers quicker, with this we can be able to prevent the likes of Greenwood, Rashford and Martial from gaining a dynamic advantage for take-ons and can force them to even go backwards.

Maybe, instead of popular which can imply being well liked, I should have used the word famous or prominent.

I made that post in response to people denying that on this thread, some guys are more prominent or well known than others.

It's logical that you guys having been highly active on this forum for more than a decade will make you famous and well known. That length of time means that you guys have made soo much posts and contribution here that resonates with many people and pulls a kind of "following", I guess, in this online community.
